β β β β β I absolutely love this place. The hotel is decorated in a modern way, not just the bar and the reception desk but also the rooms. The staff was very kind, young and helpful, they had an answer to everything we were interested in. Also, all were dressed elegantly and equally.
The rooms was right sized and well organized. Every day they cleaned them if we wanted to.
Anyway, when I come back to Amsterdam, I'll probably stay here again!

β β β β β Rooms are very beautiful, specially balcony ones. Bathrooms are perfect. If you like lighted rooms, this is the best as the big glass window offers great light along with beautiful forest view. Very thick curtains are present if you don't want sunlight at all. The lighting and flooring in the room are fabulous. Parking is also available. Staff is supportive. Breakfast is nice, but brown breads and other healthy menu can be included.

β β β β β Hotel is good, rooms are comfortable but have a small space, in Netherlands its ok)))
Breakfast is fresh, tasty and variety, you can find anything for any preference starting with bacon finishin vegan salad.
But you have fight for your right!
After i written a bad review, room became bigger and breakfast became richer!
Recomend!
Five stars and thanks for a management that keeps all in touch.
And the nearest bar Anno 1890 is very good)))!

The location the hotel is in is calm and beautiful, it is accessable by bus and only 6 or so stops from downtown Amsterdam which is where all the shops are.
The reception staff is friendly and helpful, there are many employees depending on their shifts.
The rooms are beautiful and well equipped with towels and coffee machine and bathroom items like shampoo and body wash, also a hair dryer is available.
Tv with good amount of channels is available.
Good wifi is available.
Phones in rooms however fo not work.

β β β β β Staff were great - made us feel very welcome. Room and bathroom were modern and comfortable although there were few stains on the carpet and bedside tables were a bit tired. We didnβt opt for breakfast as β¬15 pp was a bit pricey based on the pictures of what was available.

β β β β β The room was super small, I couldn't leave my cabin size luggage opened in it and it was dark as well, they didn't put enough lights.
It seems they don't prepare fresh breakfast dsily, especially the fruits are from few days ago.
The receptionist lady doesn't have much information about the neighborhood and country rules.

β β β β β !! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They stole cash from my room, from my bag. As soon as I noticed I told the hotel manager but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. He did not try to help me in any way and I had the feeling that he doesn't believe me. His response was: "If you do not have proof I cannot do anything, if you like you can call the Police". I filed a complain with the police, hopefully it will be solved.
After this terrible experience I modified my check out date to leave earlier. I did not feel safe or comfortable in my room anymore. The manager refused to pay me the refund for the remaining days even though he accepted to change the check out day and confirmed to Booking.com that they can change it! Overall a very unpleasant stay. The room was OK as on the pictures but the staff's behavior ruined my stay.
