Es wurde lediglich auf die Internetseite und App verwiesen, wirklich ein unpersönliches und schlechtes Gespräch. Bei einem späteren Telefongespräch konnten alle Fragen geklärt werden und ich habe tolle Prospekte und Präsente erhalten. Danke Initially, I did not receive any or insufficient answers to all questions. I am pregnant and do not receive any support or offers ??? It was only referred to the website and app, really an impersonal and bad conversation. During a later phone call, all questions could be clarified and I received great brochures and gifts. thank you

Höherstufung ohne Angaben von Gründen, obwohl die Einkommensnachweise 4x (!!!!!!) nach Düsseldorf geschickt wurden. Mitterweile sende ich Unterlagen nur noch per Einschreiben/Rückschein dahin. Wir warten seit Oktober auf die Auszahlung eines Festzuschusses Fühle mich total verarscht. Haben daher gekündigt. After a "restructuring", documents keep disappearing. Upgrading without giving reasons, although the proof of income was sent 4x (!!!!!!) to Düsseldorf. Now I only send documents there by registered mail / acknowledgment of receipt. We have been waiting for a fixed grant to be paid out since October Feel totally ripped off. So we quit.
R	Rach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently just because you don't speak german, the staff thinks that it would be reasonable to be rude and shamelessly tell you that they cannot and refuse to help you. I had this problem only in Kleve. AOK in Heidelberg was very helpful and friendly. So how does the same insurance company be very good in one city and be incredibly incompetent in another city? Terrible.

They took the card from one of my relatives and kind of kicked her out of insurance and later sent a bill for the past 5 months telling that she was actually still registered at AOK. After that I decided to leave AOK after 4 years of being with them!

I have visited this place four times already, send two letters and made three phonecalls. Still no success. I am waiting what is going to come next. I am not happy at all. Thank you AOK. Update after two weeks: Yesterday, I had to call them and ask for confirmation that my daughter is insured because doctor did not want to vacinate my daughter without AOK card. I still did not recieved the card after almost three months, by the way. I found out during this phone call, that they have send the card to the wrong adress. It is not funny anymore... Thank you again AOK Update after another two weeks: The card still did not arrived!!! I was told it could not be delivered to my address. By the way I already get cards for my wife and me delivered to the very same address. Now I need to wait another ten days as they requested another card for my daughter. They are not doing their job, they are just trying to do it. I am even more fed up. Thank you again AOK I do NOT recomend this company
