★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had amazing dinner yesterday. Finally first day dining inside :) The food was very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is small and cozy, so you feel a personal approach from the personnel. Definitely coming back. I recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all let me start by telling you that I am Italian, and not only am I Italian but my father is a Chef! So you can imagine how challenging it must be to please my palate when it comes to Italian food! Assagi was beyond what I would expect to eat in Amsterdam! One would think they were in Rome!! The owners are from Italy and have absolutely brought ITALY to Amsterdam with them! I attached a picture of both the Carbonara and Spaghetti with. Clams!!! Do not walk but run to this incredible restaurant!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with claiming that this place has the most cozy atmosphere and attentive waitresses. I have ordered fish of the day and it was super delicious with crispy sides and juicy inside. There are also amazing cocktails. Overall, I will give 6 out of 5 ⭐️ to this hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy and cute restaurant. They just updated their menu and the new choices are great! I recommend their pizzas, pasta with zucchini sauce, Italian ice-cream and cheese cake. I particularly loved the display of the cheese cake as it seemed like a little potted plant ?Very good and friendly service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this place. From the outside it looked so cozy and quaint, we chose it for the atmosphere. We also discovered that the food was excellent. The pasta with pistachio pesto and burrata is the best pasta I’ve ever had. The carbonara was also so balanced and good. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CARPACCIO DI MANZO AFFUMICATO will change your life. I started this review at 5 stars during the appetizer course. From there we had both a ravioli and a veal dish. The food was incredible. The bread and tapenade brought to the table was extraordinary. Great space, cozy, modern, upscale. I enjoyed every morsel. Including the tiramisu and cappuccino ending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little Italian restraint that doesn’t disappoint! The portions of food are just right and the small alleyway makes for a beautiful view of the church without the crowded touristy feel. We had a salad to start followed by pasta and then calamari and finally a tiramisu. It isn’t very cheap but the quality of food is so tasty that you don’t mind spending money here. The server was very kind and patient too and we had a lovely afternoon here. I highly recommend this place if you’ve got a craving for Italian in Amsterdam
