★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhaft schönes historisches Zimmer mit Terrasse zum Kanal. Silvia ist super nett und sie hat jedes kleine nette Detail so schön platziert. Es steht Tee & Kaffee im Zimmer sowie Waffeln und Bonbons auch ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Wein & Co zu normalen Preisen.
Jeder sollte eine Nacht in so einem Kojenbett schlafen. Der Raum hat eine Klimaanlage und ganz neues WC+Bad.
Wir danken für die kurzfristige Möglichkeit, dass wir Gast sein durften.
Fantastically beautiful historic room with terrace to the canal. Silvia is super nice and she has so nicely placed every little nice detail. There is tea & coffee in the room as well as waffles and candies also is a small fridge with wine & co at normal prices.
Everyone should sleep one night in such a bunk bed. The room has air conditioning and brand new WC + bathroom.
We thank you for the short-term possibility that we were allowed to be guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to an American friend visiting us (a Dutch couple) we headed towards Giethoorn mid September, knowing that the place can be crowded by tourists from all over the world. But we were smart and booked a night at B&B 't Wiede. Not only gave us this the opportunity to escape the crowds as by 6pm most tourists are gone and you get to experience the REAL Giethoorn, but also because the B&B is situated in a beautiful renovated old farmhouse where one of the rooms is still in its traditional style and our American friend loved it! We had one of the more modern rooms (but with a lot of old details) on the second floor, but it was very comfortable, perfect bed, nice kitchenette and a bottle of wine in the fridge! We enjoyed watching the boats from lawn of the front yard of the B&B and later in the night walked over to one of the cosy restaurants for dinner. By the time we walked back to the B&B we had Giethoorn all to ourselves! We were glad we came visit Giethoorn, as not only our host Silvia was super friendly, but wherever we went for bicycle/boat rental, lunch, coffee, dinner, everybody was so nice, even after a very busy summer season. We come back one day and explore some more! Thank you, Silvia, for making our stay memorable!
