★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bagels are pretty good. But what stands out most to me is their iced coffee. I could drink it all day, all night, everyday and not get sick of it (only broke eventually). The sweet iced coffee is so delicious and I love getting it with whipped cream on top.
The interior is also very nicely done. Though I find the organisation of having to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to the toilet to be poor design, especially if you're having any issues with walking or your legs of any sort (whether pain, disability, etc). It's also very nice how there's a terrace/outdoor space with more space outdoors.
The staff is also very polite, no complaints at all there.
My only complaint is how many stairs I have to climb to use to toilet, otherwise, everything I've experienced and had so far is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place I like to go for a nice lunch with friends. They have a wide variety of bagels, using mostly organic products, there are vegan and gluten free options as well. The bagels are served in no time and the staff is always friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places in Leiden. Good, cheap coffee, a great selection of teas. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, of which the Dutch Weed Burger might be my favourite. Good selection of bagels, including a whole-wheat spelt one. The service is always friendly and helpful. Nothing to add ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food! The bagel pictures cost around €6.15 and the ginger drink was about €2.95(?) So the total meal was around €9 for lunch. Quite yummy and the ginger drink packs quite a punch. Nice ambiance and serving staff. They have small chocolate "coffee beans" for you to snack on whilst waiting.
