★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tapas dish was great, but the student taking the order clearly missed experience ... as implied by the name, drinking anything else but coffee isn't a great idea ... We tried ordering sparkling water, only to hear some 5 minutes later that they had run out of water ... The rest of the order took its time as well. The large capucino became a small one (but we were billed a large one ... )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creative menu design and a nice atmosphere! If you want some bagels, I recommend you to go this place! A lot of combinations to choose from and a lovely arrangement of teas to choose from. All in all, Pretty neat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, I tried the tonijn warm sesame bagel, by the way. The drink was also nice, I tried green tea matcha latte, they gave me a small pack of chocolate coffee beans (it was nice adding it to the matcha latte). The serve was also nice. I recommend you to eat in bagel and beans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely decor and nice personnel, but they take way too long to serve you: we waited over 40 minutes for an orange ginger dream, a golden almond latte, a cappuccino and a slice of appeltaart, which ruined our experience since the place wasn't even crowded.
I recommend pouring some sugar on the orange ginger dream as it is very sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Haarlemmerstraat the waiter was nice and helpful but the bar/kitchen staff either don’t know the recipes or don’t want to follow them: tuna melt bagel was without capers and onions, orange ginger dream was based on apple juice but not on orange (it’s hard to say for sure but the color and taste differed much from what I had in other locations). Pretty disappointing since usually in other spots the experience is much better.
