Einmalig ein Klebestreifen am Paket fehlend, worauf man sich belehren lassen musste , wenn das Klebeband leer sei, sich selbst welches zu kaufen und dass es normalerweise "nicht deren Problem wäre" . Es ist verständlich selbst seine Pakete zu verkleben aber da einmalig so einen Aufstand zu machen? Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort. Unlikely to be rude ..... One time an adhesive strip was missing from the package, whereupon you had to be instructed, if the adhesive tape was empty, to buy some yourself and that it would normally "not be their problem". It is understandable to stick up your parcels yourself, but to make such a one-off riot? Customer service is a foreign word.
D	Dea Kreuzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Buchhandlung Lackmann fühlt man sich so richtig gut aufgehoben.Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und steht bestens beratend zur Seite.Auch am "Postschalter" findet sich immer die Zeit für ein persönliches Wort/Gespräch.In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit ist das leider nur noch selten vorhanden. Man findet ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Büchern,Schulartikeln,Post,-und Glückwunschkarten und Schreibwaren.Aber auch Geschenk,-und Dekoartikel. Einfach mal reinschauen, auch,wenn man eigentlich nichts benötigt... In the Lackmann bookstore you feel really well taken care of. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and are always on hand to give advice. Even at the "post office counter" there is always time for a personal word / conversation. Unfortunately, that is not the case in our fast-paced world only rarely available. Ein Hoch auf Lackmann! ???✒?? Since I was a child I have been the place to go for everything to do with stationery: pixie books, stationery, fountain pens, decorative items, books and even the Räth globe, which the Hamburg specialist trade has not managed to get hold of in six months. J	Jens F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packet shop DHL. Echt ne Katastrophe! Kleiner Shop im Scheibwahrenladen. Ich lasse alles was geht zur Packstation gehen! Leider geht das nicht mit allen Sendungen. Ich habe echt kein Bock mich da anzustellen! Oder 3x für das selbe packet hinzurennen. Abholung laut Karte ab 16Uhr. 17.45 hat der Fahre es angeliefert. Parcel shop DHL. Really a disaster! Small shop in Scheibwarenladen. I let everything go to the packing station! Unfortunately, this is not possible with all programs. I really don't feel like doing that! Or run there 3x for the same package. Pick up according to card from 4 p.m. The driver delivered it at 5:45 p.m.
