You have to order the seafood platter here, with snow crab legs. The food here is really fresh. The grilled fish was superb; grilled to perfection. I’m from Taiwan, where we have amazing seafood, so trust me when I say their food is fantastic. Price is not expensive, nor cheap. It’s very fair. I came here twice in three days. Oh, I suggest ubering here if you are a tourist. Transportation here is not the easiest, but definitely worth the food and the view. Member to request for an outdoor seating during summer.

Firstly, really nice view from the sitting area, it is a straight view to a huge canal and it is very relaxing. Also, the food was great, looked good that I had eaten half way before I remembered to take a picture for review, affordable also.

Located right next to the canal, this old warehouse turned restaurant serves up delicious Dutch food. The Dutch shrimp sandwich was loaded with small shrimps on a slice of brown bread (you can also choose white bread), and accompanied by a tangy lemon mayo. The Crab cake was crunchy and piping hot. The accompanying sauce tasted like sweet mango sauce and made a good pair for the meaty crab cake. The eggs benedict served on a slice if smoked salmon over a brioche bun was a burst of flavours. The creamy egg complemented the salty salmon. The mango dessert was decent and was not overly sweet. It had a scoop of mango sorbet, a few cookie crumbles on top and 3 small scoops of mango dusted with chilli flakes. Come here if you want to enjoy a nice view of the canal and try some good Dutch food. The staff was very friendly too and service was prompt.

Beautiful location/atmosphere, great staff. Feels like your on a holiday somewhere in Europe. Food was very good but pricey. You can share a dish. So happy we found this gem.

The best food experience in Amsterdam over 5 days of traveling. It is definitely worth much more than the 4.2 rating it is attributed. This was recommended to us by a local friend to take us out of the city centre. Indeed the location is not that great as you have to take the metro and there is not much around but it is definitely worth the trip! The place is a modernised old industry looking over the river and the food is delicious. We had whiskey sour cocktails that were perfectly balanced in taste and texture and right from the starters we were impressed. The truffle risottini (rice croquettes) would make the Italian proud and the Spanish jealous. The tortilla with shredded duck, guacamole, coriander and parmesan was so good you would lick your fingers. The spaghetti alle vongole reused the cooking juice of the sea shells to keep all but the best in your plate. And the lobster (strangely Canadian) was a reasonable size and came with a very light (almost foamy) hollandaise sauce as well as crispy fries and a homemade mayonnaise. On top of that the waiters a very friendly si overall a great experience.

Amazing service!!! Even though I did book a table, the server was able to provide me a really nice table by the canal. The fish there is fresh and you can tast it. The menu could have be a little bit more elaborated because there are not many options and a lot of stuff is served cold. Overall is a good experience, not because of the food but more like for the vibe and the ambiance.

Shared a whole monkfish with my friend. The staff were lovely, even helped us carve the fish. Was delicious and an entertaining experience. Pricey but worth it.
