★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with a huge variety of cheeses. They have samples of all the cheeses and it is great that you can try them before choosing. The staff let you try them. They have cheeses of baby sheep, baby goat, baby cow, with herbs, with honey, rosemary, truffle... they also have sauces to mix with the cheeses and typical cookies. Completely recommended to buy a different souvenir from Amsterdam.
