β β β β β Its very very sad when no one pickup phone calls during office hrs! I applied my HK passport replacement last March 22nd 2017 but there is no feedback still?. I am worried & hope i am not going to miss my upcoming planned trips due to it. Today 2nd May, i have been calling their all department numbers at least 36times since 9am. β β β β β Very disappointed with Chinese embassy in NL compared to other Chinese embassy I have been to in europe. don't feel they are trying to help peoole but. getting a new passport after mine got stolen takes one month! and they serve No urgent passport service. so if you are Chinese but live in NL, try never lose your passport! because the embassy is not really going to help with a new pass before one month time. so sad. plus phone calls can never get through, and emails never got answered so far. Not sure how I can reach them for communication except physically drop by at their door.

β β β β β horrible service, does not pick up the phone even at working hours, does not response to email at all, online booking system does not work for months, is this how you treat your own people and not to mention representing your country?

β β β β β Really really really bad!
All of the number they have published is not in use, what's the purpose that you have the telephone then?
What if people needs urgent help? i can't never understand why they are doing like this.

β β β β β Maybe because I speak Mandarin, I feel that the communication is very smooth. The staffs are nice and responsible.

β β β β β Long waiting time, very bad organised. Horrible service at the counter. That old lady all she does is try to get rid of you and very rude. No customer service at all whatsoever. How can someone like that work at an embassy. I feel sorry and ashamed for China to have someone like that to represent them. The two bodyguard was nice though. Happy when I came out feel civilised again.

β β β β β They ask for additional document which was not on the required documents list for applying new passport. Everyone had to use their paid service to make a copy. Extremely strict rules for passport photo: no necklace, no earrings, no glasses, dark clothes. The information on the website are not clear and very misleading. Very bad service.

β β β β β I never experienced such horrible experience in my live. My passport is arrived in the Embassy in mid-December already. One month later they call me to pick up the passport but I need to send an email. I made the request to the official email but no one response at all.
I called a lot of times, no one answered. I send them several email, no one responded at all. I came to the embassy in person. The security not allowed me to enter. Canβt believe it happened in such a big country. Ridiculous!!!!!
