★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten vor ca. 1 Jahr eine Waschmaschine gekauft nach kurzer Zeit musste schon der Kundenservice kommen weil die Maschine nicht funtionierte .Es war eine neue Waschmaschine.Da sie jetzt wieder nicht funktioniert hatten wir angerufen und gebeten uns doch eine Kopie vom Kaufvertrag sowie die Garantie zu schicken dazu müsste man einfach nur an den Comuter gehen die Seite aufrufen eineKopie machen und per E-mail an uns versenden!Wir haben jetzt schon 5 mal dort angerufen nix ist passiert! erst wurde gesagt die Buchhaltung wäre in Krefeld dann wurde gesagt es wird bearbeitet wieder nix passiert .Wir warten jetzt über 1 Woche werden nur vertröstet und nichts passiert unsere gesammte Dreckwäsche liegt hier .Wir hatten dort öfter Geräte gekauft ab dies hier war das letzte Mal! Was ist das für ein Kundenservice? Sind denen Kunden egal?Das letzte Mal mussten wir sogar schon nach 2 Jahren eine neue Waschmaschine kaufen.Geräte halten nicht lange !
We had bought a washing machine about 1 year ago after a short time had to come to the customer service because the machine was not funtionierte. It was a new washing machine. Now that they did not work again, we had called and asked us a copy of the purchase and the guarantee to send one would have to go just to the Comuter the page call make a copy and send by e-mail to us! We have already called 5 times there is nothing happened! first it was said the bookkeeping would be in Krefeld then it was said that it will be processed again nothing happened. We are now waiting over 1 week are only comforted and nothing happened all our dirty laundry is here. We had more often bought equipment from here this was the last time! What kind of customer service is that? Are those customers the last time? We even had to buy a new washing machine after only 2 years. Devices do not last long!
