★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The international shipping costs too high for the low weight purchases that account as regular mail letters (around 3€ instead of 7€). For me it is absolutely obvious that if you charge per component (sometimes it is just a few cts per piece), I think the shipping costs should be proportional to the weight or number of components, not a flat rate. That is unfair. Plus, I understand that it does not make sense to send just 1 wooden cube for a 5 cts profit but when selling goods that go as low as some cts/piece, a minimum of 5€ worth cart is VERY high if the regular customers' needs are just a few pieces (if it were a large company, it would make sense, but not with regular customers). For instance, the sum of shipping and the 5€ lower cut makes it a 12€ minimum purchase in the case of Spain. It is quite bothering to have to pay that much when I only need a few components and I see myself forced to order things I do not need just so I can cover that unilateral requirement. I just don't see why do I need to buy more if I do not need it. I really hope you could review and adjust the method to more fair numbers for small customers. I know for a fact that at least some of us would order much more often if you did. Thanks!

They have a large array of esoteric bits useful for hobby game developers, many of which are difficult or impossible to otherwise find, and all sorts of "bling" for people who like to customize their tabletop games. Most pieces can be bought by the piece, rather than having to buy a bag or box full of something when one only needs a few of them, and most also have reduced prices when one orders pieces in large quantities. Their site operates equally well in both German an English.
