S	Said Yaaqoubi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, every one has his/her idea what we need to apply for Moroccan ID card. I called before i went there, one person on the phone she told me that I need 1 photo, Birth certificate, and NL residence card, I got everything, I arrived in front Desk unorganized, if you know someone they take your paper from side of the door otherwise wait till he calls you. So other person in desk told me i need 3 photos, I did walked to Slodertijk station get 3photos, then to pay they don't accept neither debit or credit card, then walked back to Slodertijk and get the cash, I paid, then he ask me to do finger print, I entered and other office and the peson in the desk told me that's not Birth certificate he wanted or need, I said Im sorry that what they send me from Morocco signed and stamped from town hall, beside they should told me in the beginning or before I pay and send me to finger print??? I took all paper back and just shredded then in the front of them. I DONT NEED MOROCCAN ID. Just wasted my time and 18Euro.

Apparently it is enough to know people to get a job there because these employees sure as hell didn't go through any quality tests or meet any CV standards. They don't know their own rules and seem to make things up as they go. They will tell you these and these papers are necessary, one week later you return with the requested paperwork and they will lie to your face and tell you they had asked for different documents. I really wonder why Moroccans in the Netherlands do not launch massive complaints towards their consulate. No wonder Morocco is still a third world country, that is totally reflected by this consulate. 100 euro for a passport? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Completely ridiculous.

Friendly and efficient, and they don’t take your passport while processing the application. Unfortunately it’s hard to find requirements online, but I brought the application form, passport, NL visa, photo, proof of employment, return flights, hotel confirmation, insurance, bank statements... nothing else needed.
R	Redone AL b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live very far from Amsterdam. I tried many times the whole day and every day to call them but they did not pick up the call. Actually during this Corona virus time they have to pick the phone and answering people in order to avoid a lot of people coming to the consulate. Bad service and no responsibility.
M	Muza Elnour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I went to apply for a visa and it takes me less than 15 min to apply for it. They took all the papers and told me that they will call me when the visa is ready. And exactly after 4 days they call me to come after 2 days at 13:00 to have my visa and to bring €20.30 and when i went there it takes me also about 15 min to pay and to have the visa. I am very thankful to them.

Do not answer the phone, even though they should be open 3. A recorded message refers to a website that does not exist. It also refers to another (0800) phone number that does not answer the phone either 4. That 0800 number refers to a website that does not exist 5. There is an option to request to receive a call back. Have done this, however they never call back.
