If you go by car, be aware parking nearby is available, but expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very easy to reach the consulate by phone, you can even choose whether you want to speak in Spanish, English, or Dutch. The ladies working there are very nice and helpful and they explain everything you need to know. I visited on a Tuesday morning and there were no people waiting, I was the only one there and I fixed my visa within 30 minutes.
What I didn't like was that they pasted my Chilean visa onto my other stamps even though there were other 15 empty pages available for use.
