Trying to contact them during this period was painful; they avoided many phone calls and failed to respond to several emails. In spite of this, I decided to give them another chance and I rented a new property: after only 6 months, I have just received a letter from them asking an increase of the current rent, in spite of the COVID situation and the fact that the flat has been vacant for 2 months. I am trying to cancel the contract, because I find this situation and their behavior unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renting 2 different apartments from Cornerstone I can confirm that their services improved substantially. I really enjoyed the second house I rented, the neighbours were a lot of fun and very lively. They were also very helpful in fixing whenever there was an issue with the apartment, for example they gave me a new fridge!

We rented the apartment for 3 years and there were never any problems, if there was a house control, always the person responsible asked us if he could come in, or take pictures, they never made any problems as the date of the visit did not good for us. There was no problem with the return of the deposit, the very nice Mrs. Susanne came, she said what needed to be improved, we corrected it and we got the entire deposit refund .. I really recommend it to everyone in 10,000%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My roommates and I have been waiting all weekend for the repair service to call us back. Our toilet is not working correctly (we only have one toilet in the apartment) and every time I tell this company this issue needs to be dealt with soon, as we currently cannot use our only toilet, they just tell me I will get a call back soon. This has happened 7 times now that I have called them and been promised a call back and guess what, no one has called me yet! This is really bad service considering the nature of the issue and even worse is that they are blatantly lying to me about receiving a call back. With the extremely high rental fees they charge and lack of responsiveness, I do not recommend renting from this company.

We were immediately very kindly helped and also alerted when something became available within our search criteria. We had a new home really quick and we are so happy in this house. Also in the process to the transfer and afterwards they have always provided very good service. We would like to recommend Cornerstone 100%
