this company is one of the worst service companies out there, and I speak out of experience. I've been a tenant for more than 5 years and I've experienced everything from Fresch starting from neglect of their households, complete avoidance of contact (not answering emails and phones), and when they finally fix something they do the cheapest/most short term solution.
I genuinely believe that all the positive reviews in this post is either employees at the company or fake accounts. since I've heard from other tenants of Fresch the exact same response of mine.
