Chief Martin Kruithof is a genius and his 12 course menu exceeds most 3 star restaurants! We will be back!

I've been to a few Michelin star dinners with my kids and never felt so welcomed. I have to say the experience in De Lindenhof takes the cake. No pun intended

Really delicious food with a beautiful ambience. We tried the 4 course daily changing menu and each course was extremely flavorful. The restaurant is on a farm and we had some storks as well for company.

The food was very good, closer to 1* than 3* though, the suite spacious and nice. However: - no health questionnaire done (the owner indicated that this is not necessary - it's mandatory in NL! - as people would anyway not tell the truth if they were sick) - not asked to clean hands with sanitiser - one person was obviously sick, coughing all the time, we stopped counting at 30 times. (the owner said that this is perhaps just an irritation of the throat). No action taken. - no indications where to walk to avoid people crossing each other - one couple changed table after five minutes, no cleaning done before giving the table to another couple. Unacceptable! - only rule applied: 1,5m between tables. When approaching the owner to indicate that I feel uncomfortable with the situation having a coughing person in the room, she took position for this person instead of finding a solution. That's not what I call hospitality. To my personal opinion, it's dangerous to go to this place during the pandemic.

We booked the Lazy Sunday package and it was beyond our expectations. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The dinner and the breakfast were very tasty. Their food contains so many pleasant surprises. Every bite can make you wow. Chief Martin Kruithof and his crew are very friendly and thoughtful in every way. It was a super lovely stay. We will definitely recommend De Lindenhof to friends.

Due to covid protocols we have been touring the Netherlands at hotels offering in room dinning services. De Lindenhof offers THE BEST experience we have had so far. Perfect creation and execution of food, impressive ambience in the hotel/dinning room and kind service. For the experience we got, the bill was actually quite reasonable. What else to expect.

It was more than a predictable Michelin experience. Far from being boring and dull. All courses of the surprise menu push the taste limits of your taste buds. The restaurant has also a great wine list and super cool waitresses. Although we passed by without any reservation, the staff have quickly arranged a table at the back side of the dining hall.
