Word verder ook geen betrokkenheid getoond over hoe dit verder op te lossen, behalve dan dat ze t probleem bij de post deponeren. Ga hier geen aanschaffen meer doen. Have not received the product after payment. No further involvement is shown on how to further solve this, other than that they drop the problem in the post. Don't shop here anymore.

Dan lijkt mij de reactie op de orderbevestiging dus niet correct afgewerkt te zijn. Zit nu met een stempel á € 19.93 waar ik niets mee kan ordernr. 434300 rekening 363165 If I indicate in response to the first order confirmation that the stamp may be changed from 12 to 24 mm, I will still receive the 12 mm stamp and the invoice for it. Then it seems to me that the response to the order confirmation has not been completed correctly. Is now with a stamp at € 19.93 that I can't do anything with order no. 434300 account 363165

Volgens het bedrijf hebben ze het wel aan postnl aangeleverd, Postnl zou er dan meer dan een week over doen om het pakketje te verwerken. Dat geloof ik dus niet. Ik heb er geen vertrouwen meer in. Had ik toch beter de Google reviews moeten lezen want ik ben niet de enige met deze klacht. My order has not been delivered after more than a week. According to the company, they did deliver it to Postnl, which would take Postnl more than a week to process the package. So I don't believe that. I don't trust it anymore. I should have read the Google reviews better because I'm not the only one with this complaint.

We hebben een brandstempel besteld voor €490 en direct ontvangen zonder vooraf een proefdruk te hebben gezien (dit staat wel op de site vermeld). Helaas werkte dit product niet goed. Hulp en tips werden ons nauwelijks gegeven. Hun oplossing was: 'een nieuwe brandplaat laten maken waarvoor we weer een nieuwe offerte voor konden aanvragen'. De medewerker gaf aan dat we zelf een proefdruk hadden moeten aanvragen en dat een netspanningsregelaar gebruikt moest worden. We zijn hier niet goed in geadviseerd (pas achteraf) en dat voor een product van bijna €500. Ik zou dit bedrijf niet aanbevelen. Extremely bad customer service. We ordered a fire stamp for €490 and received it immediately without having seen a proof beforehand (this is stated on the site). Unfortunately, this product did not work properly. Help and tips were hardly given to us. Their solution was: 'have a new fire plate made for which we could request a new quote'. The employee indicated that we should have requested a test print ourselves and that a mains voltage regulator had to be used. We were not well advised on this (only afterwards) and that for a product of almost €500. I would not recommend this company.
