Fine and well received by a nice young lady in the Amsterdam branch. Fatima is hospitable and has helped me well. Definitely come back.
N	Na Den on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag was mijn derde keer bij De Biotandenbleker voor een bijhoudbehandeling. Alle drie de keren enorm vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen met mooi resultaat. Zeker een aanrader, klant is koning bij hun. Today was my third time at De Biotandenbleker for a maintenance treatment. All three times received very friendly and helped with great results. Definitely recommended, customer is king with them.

Vorige jaar ook een bezoekje gebracht hier en ook toen heb ik het goed ervaren... Ben je van plan om je tanden te bleken of twijfel je nog? Breng gewoon een bezoekje zou ik zeggen en ik kan je garanderen dat je goed wordt geholpen door een vd lieve dames daar.. Dikke 5 uit 5 "Again" very satisfied with my session and the service during my visit to the branch in Amsterdam. Result may be there for sure! I also paid a visit here last year and even then I had a good experience... Are you planning to whiten your teeth or are you still in doubt? Just pay a visit I would say and I can guarantee that you will be well helped by one of the lovely ladies there.. Big 5 out of 5
R	Radinho 8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht bedrijf. Mijn tandvlees is chemisch verbrand tijdens de behandeling, hier had ik een mail over gestuurd waar niet meer op gereageerd is. Dit is na weken wachten nog steeds niet hersteld en ik ben bang dat ik nu een tandvlees transplantatie moet om zaken te herstellen. Spulletje werd vluchtig en zonder zorgvuldigheid opgesmeerd, het werd bijna een ongemakkelijke situatie dat ik zelf het bitje niet goed inkreeg (ik doe dit niet dagelijks waar ze wel van uit gaan schijnbaar?). Verder werd ik slecht geholpen, met de corona regels werd geen rekening gehouden, 3 mensen naast elkaar op 0.5 meter afstand van elkaar gezet. Na dat de 20 minuten om waren was de medewerker nergens te bekennen dus zelf maar de spoelbak opgezocht en het bitje uitgedaan. Op de site staat dat iedereen gecertificeerd is etc., de medewerkster (meisje tussen 20/30 jaar) was drukker bezig met haar telefoon en vriendinnen dan met de klanten. Leek op een student zonder ervaring. Zelfde materiaal werd voor meerdere mensen gebruikt. Verder gingen ze ervan uit dat je dit dagelijks doet, commando's als spoelen, zitten etc. zonder enige uitleg behoren tot de normaalste zaak van de wereld. Volgende keer ga ik naar de tandarts, een plek waar ze wel verstand van tanden en tandvlees hebben!!!!!! Dan maar meer betalen, het is wel je gebit. Ga niet in zee met deze oplichters. Very bad company. My gums were chemically burned during the treatment, I sent an e-mail about this to which there was no response. This has still not recovered after weeks of waiting and I am afraid I will now need a gum transplant to fix things. Stuff was put on fleetingly and without care, it almost became an uncomfortable situation that I didn't get the mouthguard properly (I don't do this every day, which they assume apparently?). Furthermore, I was badly helped, the corona rules were not taken into account, put 3 people next to each other 0.5 meters away from each other. After the 20 minutes were up, the employee was nowhere to be seen, so we looked for the sink and turned off the mouthguard. The site states that everyone is certified, etc., the employee (girl between 20/30 years) was busier with her phone and friends than with the customers. Looked like a student with no experience. The same material was used for several people. They also assumed that you do this daily, commands such as rinse, sit, etc. without any explanation are part of the most normal thing in the world. Next time I will go to the dentist, a place where they understand teeth and gums!!!!!! Then pay more, it's your teeth. Do not deal with these scammers.

Ik heb één keer eerder ergens mijn tanden gebleekt en heb een gevoelig gebit dus dat was niet fijn. De Tandenbleker Den Haag garandeerde mij dat het geen pijn zou doen. Ik kocht het Hollywoodsmile pakket met polijsten. De 1e behandeling werd er gepolijst en 5 x 20 min gebleekt. Maar het deed zo'n zeer dat ik na 2 sessies stopte. Ik mocht de overige sessies later inplannen. Vervolgens was het een rommel qua afspraken. Stond de volgende keer voor dichte deur, want personeel ziek, maar mij niks doorgegeven. Later een week lang geprobeerd afspraak in te plannen via bellen/whatsapp en mail en geen reactie. Ik was nu wel geirriteerd. Uiteindelijk reageerden ze en kon ik inplannen. Die behandeling deed ik maar 1 sessie en toen waren mijn tanden al pijnlijk gevoelig dus moest helaas weer stoppen. Overlegd met Tandenbleker, je krijgt geen geld terug. Maar ze gaven me wel de mogelijkheid de overige sessies door te geven aan vriend/vriendin. Dus dat was tenminste iets en geen weggegooid geld. Vandaar de twee sterren. Tip: als je niet weet hoe je gebit reageert, koop eerst 1 sessie ipv meteen een heel pakket. Painful if you have sensitive teeth, difficult to reach for appointments. I have bleached my teeth once before and I have sensitive teeth so that was not nice. The Teeth Whitener The Hague guaranteed me that it would not hurt. I bought the Hollywoodsmile polishing kit. The 1st treatment was polished and bleached 5 x 20 min. But it hurt so much that I stopped after 2 sessions. I was allowed to schedule the other sessions later. Then it was a mess in terms of appointments. Was next time in front of closed door, because staff sick, but nothing passed on to me. Tried to schedule an appointment for a week later by calling / whatsapp and mail and no response. I was irritated now. Finally they responded and I was able to schedule. I only did that treatment for 1 session and then my teeth were already painfully sensitive so unfortunately had to stop again. Consulted with Teeth Whitener, you will not get a refund. But they did give me the opportunity to pass the other sessions on to a friend. So at least that was something and not wasted money. Hence the two stars. Tip: if you don't know how your teeth react, first buy 1 session instead of a whole package right away.

R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ even thou the employees were nice and helpful, i cannot write a good review for the place.. when i came in, i was greeted in nice way , but the process was far from respecting normal hygienic measurements (beside the fact we are facing corona pandemics).. we were 3 people served in the same area, no distance at all (i was sitting by another person like half meter from each other).. the employees used the same gloves to do the treatment to all 3 of us and i just hope everything they used was sanitized before use... the chairs were like the ones on a plane, uncomfortable and one was broken.. i did the procedure 2 years ago in Breda, and i will take the trip back to Breda to do it again.. i did 3 sessions of 20 mins there and was more satisfied with the results there than what i got here after 5 sessions of 20 mins each.. sorry but i really cannot recommend this place..

There was only 1 member of staff available for the whole store to do, which created some hectic moments for her. The color of my teeth was checked, unfortunately I wasn’t given a mirror to see it for myself. She then gave me my package suitable to achieve the whitest shade possible. I then started my session, 5 in total. Once completed I had to ask what to do for aftercare. Which is still not very clear, I have tried to find the aftercare on the website but no information can be found. Overall, the experience was okay but it could be much better no matter how busy the shop clinic gets
