★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben einen Trockner Januar dort gekauft nach 3 Monaten Trommel gerissen war von anfang an laut man sagte das wäre so wurde immer lauter.Gerät dann mit ach und krach und 180€zusatzkosten im Dezember zurück bekommen 1 Tag vorher hieß es im Januar dann nachdem wir krach machten war er plötzlich am nächsten Tag fertig..Personal unfreundlich. Chef sehr unkompetent(wenn es der Chef war). Ging über meine Fragen weg.also der Herr im Verkauf sehr freundlich die Werkstatt läst zu wünschen übrig.wir haben schon mehrere Sachen dort gekauft für uns definitiv der letzte Kauf gewesen.
 Bought a dryer there in January after 3 months the drum was torn from the beginning loudly they said it was getting louder and louder. The device then with oh and no noise and 180 € extra costs back in December 1 day before it was said in January after we crashed he was suddenly finished the next day. Unfriendly staff. Boss very incompetent (if it was the boss). Went away about my questions. So the gentleman in sales is very friendly, the workshop leaves a lot to be desired. We have already bought several things there, and it was definitely the last purchase for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Küche wurde von anderer Firma installiert und hatte Kriechstrom auf Induktionsherd und Backofen, dadurch immer einen gewischt bekommen, wenn beide Geräte liefen. Die Experten hatten 3 meiner E-Geräte an eine handesübliche 3er-Steckdose angeschlossen. Herr Schneider hat das ganz unkompliziert mit seinem Kollegen gelöst und einen Starkstromsplitter installiert. War preislich voll im Rahmen und funktioniert nun wieder alles einwandfrei. Danke für die schnelle Hilfe :)
The kitchen was installed by another company and had leakage current on the induction hob and oven, so it was always wiped when both devices were running. The experts had connected 3 of my electronic devices to a standard 3-way socket. Mr. Schneider solved this very easily with his colleague and installed a high-voltage splitter. Was priced fully within the framework and now everything is working properly again. Thanks for the quick help :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der erste Telefonkontakt war sehr nett und professionell. Es musste für unsere alte Spülmaschine ein Ablaufschlauch (unserer hatte ein Loch) bestellt werden. Für diese Modellreihe gibt es 2 Schläuche. Es musste bei der Werkstatt nachgefragt werden, welcher der beiden Schläuche passt.
Bei Nachfrage des Status dieser Sache war der Mitarbeiter (ein anderer als beim Erstkontakt) am Telefon stets genervt und unfreundlich, fuhr mir immer ins Wort und beendete die Telefonate schnell. Ich dachte mir: "Ok, er muss die Spülmaschine zum Glück nicht reparieren". Als nach 1 Woche dann der Schlauch da war und der Termin stand, kamen die beiden Monteure zu uns.
Sehr nett, sehr schnell und sehr professionell muss ich sagen. Man gab uns sogar mehrere Tipps, damit unser Gerät noch ein bisschen länger hält. Immerhin ist unsere Spülmaschine schon 10 Jahre alt.
Auf Grund der Erfahrungen mit dem Erstkontakt und den Monteuren würde ich diese Firma jederzeit wieder kontaktieren. Wenn der zweite Telefonkontakt den Auftrag entgegen genommen hätte, hätte das wahrscheinlich anders ausgesehen.
Alles in allem also sehr gut. Die Leute im Einsatz wissen, was sie tun ?
The first telephone contact was very nice and professional. A drain hose (ours had a hole) had to be ordered for our old dishwasher. There are 2 hoses for this model series. The workshop had to be asked which of the two hoses fits.
When asked about the status of this matter, the employee (different from the first contact) was always annoyed and unfriendly on the phone, always interrupted me and quickly ended the phone calls. I thought to myself: "Okay, luckily he doesn't have to fix the dishwasher". When the hose was there after 1 week and the appointment was set, the two fitters came to us.
Very nice, very fast and very professional I have to say. We were even given several tips to make our device last a little longer. After all, our dishwasher is already 10 years old.
Based on the experience with the first contact and the fitters, I would contact this company again at any time. If the second phone contact had taken the job, it would probably have been different.
So all in all very good. The people on the job know what they're doing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte für letzte Woche Freitag einen Termin wegen meiner defekten Waschmaschine ausgemacht und ausdrücklich gesagt dass ich ab 15 Uhr erst zuhause bin. Um 14.15 klingelte dann mein handy und der Klempner war dran. Er fragte warum ich nicht die Tür aufmachen würde, er stände ja davor. Ich habe ihm dann nochmal gesagt dass ich berufstätig bin und vor 15 Uhr nicht zuhause sein kann. Er vertröstete mich dann auf Montag und hat versprochen sollte ich dann noch nicht zuhause sein, wird er auf mich warten. Blöderweise kam einfach niemand an dem Tag und meine Anrufe wurden komplett ignoriert. Gestern hatte ich dann nach wiederholten anrufen endlich den Herrn Klempner wieder am Telefon und er hätte den Auftrag ja an seinen Kollegen abgegeben und könnte sich einfach nicht erklären warum keiner gekommen ist. Er hat mir dann versprochen dass sich bis heute 12 Uhr jemand bei mir melden wird um einen neuen Termin auszumachen.........leider ist es mittlerweile fast abends und es hat sich immer noch keiner gemeldet. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, sehr unprofessionell, total unstrukturiert und anscheinend gibt es auch noch Kommunikationproblem in der Firma selber.
I had made an appointment for Friday last week because of my broken washing machine and said explicitly that I wouldn't be home until 3 p.m. At 2:15 p.m. my cell phone rang and it was the plumber’s turn. He asked why I wouldn't open the door, he was standing in front of it. I then told him again that I work and can't be home before 3 p.m. He put me off until Monday and promised if I wasn't home by then, he'd wait for me. Stupidly, nobody came that day and my calls were completely ignored. Yesterday, after repeated calls, I finally got the plumber back on the phone and he would have given the order to his colleague and simply couldn't explain why nobody came. He then promised me that someone would contact me by 12 noon today to make a new appointment.........unfortunately it is now almost evening and still no one has contacted me. Not to be recommended at all, very unprofessional, totally unstructured and apparently there are also communication problems in the company itself.
