S	Stefan Schilperoord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen dagen hebben wij via Eliza was here voor 2 personen 11 dagen in een B&B in de Algarve geboekt, behoorlijk aan de prijs (zo'n € 2500,-), maar omdat we een topservice verwachtte vonden we dat okay. Na de telefonische boeking ontvingen wij echter niet binnen 2 uur zoals beloofd de boekingsbevestiging. De dagen erna nog 3 keer gebeld. Iedere keer werd gezegd dat onbekend was waarom de bevestiging niet was verstuurd, maar dat deze er nu wel echt aan kwam. Maar wel pas na 2/3 uur. Op het moment van schrijven van deze review nog steeds geen boekingsbevestiging ontvangen. Wel heb ik vanmorgen helaas al 3 keer gebeld, maar werd de verbinding na een half uur wachten verbroken. Uiteindelijk toch zojuist iemand van Elisa gesproken, die gaf aan dat de boeking toch niet door kan gaan. Wij boekten via Eliza omdat we graag ontzorgd wilden worden, zodat we rustig op vakantie konden. Het tegenovergestelde is echter waar. We hadden veel beter alles zelf kunnen regelen, wat we nu alsnog moeten doen. Last days we booked 11 days in a B&B in the Algarve for 2 people through Eliza was here, quite expensive (about € 2500,-), but because we expected a top service, we thought that was okay. After the telephone booking, however, we did not receive the booking confirmation within 2 hours as promised. Called 3 more times the next day. Each time it was said that it was unknown why the confirmation had not been sent, but that it was actually coming. But only after 2/3 hours. At the time of writing this review still no booking confirmation received. Unfortunately I already called 3 times this morning, but the connection was disconnected after waiting half an hour. Finally just spoke to someone from Elisa, who indicated that the booking cannot go through after all. We booked through Eliza because we wanted to be unburdened, so that we could go on holiday in peace. However, the opposite is true. We would have been much better off arranging everything ourselves, which we still have to do now.
D	Dianne B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reis geboekt via Eliza was here. Alles super goed geregeld. Echter hadden wij een probleem op het vliegveld met de huurauto (was probleem wat te wijten was aan ons). Geprobeerd om contact op te nemen met Eliza was here maar we werden gelijk weg gedrukt, of er werd opgenomen door een Italiaanse dame die geen Engels kon en ons ook gelijk wegdrukte. Resort waar wij zaten zag er op de site mooier uit dan in het echt. Ook vonden wij het vreemd dat wij alleen maar positieve en geen negatieve reviews konden terugvinden over Eliza was here. Al met al wel een hele fijne en goed georganiseerde vakantie gehad! Trip booked through Eliza was here. Everything very well arranged. However, we had a problem at the airport with the rental car (was the problem which was due to us). Tried to contact Eliza was here but we were immediately pushed away, or an Italian lady who could not speak English answered us and immediately pushed us away. The resort where we were staying looked nicer on the site than in real life. We also found it strange that we could only find positive and no negative reviews about Eliza was here. All in all we had a very nice and well organized holiday!

Via mail reminders en tips. First time holiday through Eliza was so good that we have booked another trip. The contact, before the holiday starts, is very good. Email reminders and tips.

The book the cheapest tickets (no handluggage trolleys allowed, the had to be checken in) we signed the Rental contract for the car in the back of a car at a public parking place, as they used a more shady company. Maybe because they forgot to book the automatic car we asked for in the booking which I only found out because I called them. The house was beautyfull, but I could have Booked the same holiday, same holiday house with a better car and a better tickets for 500 euro les (25% of the total price). I am deeply disapointed.
