Für ihn würde ich auch 5 Sterne geben, aber die Damen an der Kasse ( erwarte ja keinen roten Teppich, aber ein "Hallo" und "Schönen Abend noch" sollte schon Rutine sein) und der Service bei vorhergehenden Einkäufen, war doch ehr unterdurchschnittlich. I bought a washing machine from expert a few days ago. Mr. Laudert gave me great advice and took his time. I would also give 5 stars for him, but the ladies at the checkout (don't expect a red carpet, but a "Hello" and "Have a nice evening" should be routine) and the service for previous purchases was below average.

Mein Aufenthalt dort war somit innerhalb von 5 Minuten erledigt. ?? Articles pre-ordered online were already prepared in the specialist department. QR code has been properly verified. The whole process was perfect. My stay there was done within 5 minutes. ??

Nachdem vorab alles online recherchiert war und die Wahl klar war, wollte ich das Gerät bewusst lokal kaufen, gerne mit Zubehör. Der Verkäufer war extrem uninteressiert an dem Verkauf. Konkret: Ich wollte das Modell in die Hand nehmen, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, wie es in der Hand liegt. Das war nicht möglich. Grund: Es gab nur noch ein verpacktes Gerät. Eine Alternative (gleiche Größe) könnte ich anschauen. Aber nicht ohne Sicherung. D.h. es war nicht möglich ein echtes Gespür für das Gerät zu bekommen. Zudem gab es keine Farbauswahl. Was ich aber nicht negativ bewerte. Vermutlich ausverkauft. Auf Nachfrage, warum ich das dann nicht online kaufen soll würde mir gesagt, das sei ihm egal wo ich das kaufe. Also bin ich gegangen. Reason: There was only one packaged device. I could look at an alternative (same size). But not without a backup. I.e. it was not possible to get a real feel for the device. Also, there was no color choice. But I don't rate that negatively. Probably sold out. When asked why I shouldn't buy it online, I was told that he didn't care where I bought it. So I left.
