Disappointing. Do not trust agreed delivery dates (usually at least 4 months). They will easily reschedule delivery dates on the last moment and delay another month. Not recommended at all.

In June we bought a 1200 euro table they delivered today. After waiting more than 3 months, we got a demo one. The table has already been used, it's all dirty and with some scratches. It really doesn't worth to invest money in this shop. I'm really disappointed. Now we have to start all the process with the customer service, that already told us at the phone that they have 5 working days for answering to our complain.

One of the worst service I experienced till date. Ordered furniture is delayed by 5 weeks and got informed about it just 5 days before the planned delivery. Even the substitute furniture is delayed. Difficult to connect with employees via client service number. Overall very irritating and very frustrating experience even after spending so much money. Not buying anything anymore from Goossens.

Quick update in the previous review. We first called the call center than they asked ask us to fill in a form with a lot of info and pictures, then they answered that they will replace the table but they don't know when, it can take longtime. Ok, fine, at least in the meanwhile we can use the one we received. Then today they reached out to us with 4 dates for coming at our place for checking the table. We are wasting a lot of time for a table that were supposed to be new. We waited more than 4 months for having it at home and we just got a used, dirty one, with scratches and a stamp. They have no answers just requests.

Unbelievably terrible experience! We ordered a bookshelf from them and they promised to deliver within 3 months. Around due date, we have not heard any update from them so contacted them to ask about delivery time. It took ages until I could reach customer service. Beyond our imagination, they told me the bookshelf was already sold to another customer, and they suggest us ordering again and wait for another 3 months?!? With all due respect, I could not imagine ordering furniture (almost 2000 euro for that bookshelf) is a joke in this shop!!! 1 star as I cant give 0, but hope you guys will be wise customers to stay away from Gossens!!

They sold a bookshelf we bought to another customer. After 3-4 month waiting time, I made multiple phone calls and sent emails to get info where are my orders (they were supposed to arrive already). Customer service is horrible, they don't know anything and after almost 2 weeks of investigation they say that I need to make another order and wait another 4 months. Wardrobe: they delivered it with weeks of delay, when started assembly it appeared the product was not only without a mirror, but also significantly defected. During disassembly the crew made a significant damage to newly painted wall before they took it out. This company is a joke and a waste of time.

I bought a wardrobe with Goossens Wonen en slapen back in May 2021. The wardrobe arrived in October when they realised here they couldn't assemble it because the sides of the furniture were the same. I had to wait for an extra 6 weeks for them to come back with the other side of the wardrobe and the other pieces stayed in my bedroom leaning against the wall for the time being. After putting the pieces together when they came back in the second week of December, they noticed the rack to hang the coats on wasn't there and they had to order another one: the customer service informed me it would take up to 8 weeks for this simple wooden stick to be ready. Unbelievable! My advice is: buy your furniture in IKEA. It'll be 6x cheaper and you'll receive it on the same day.

The design of the products are good however I bought a library which costs 2000 euro and when it was delivered it was broken and skewed. Despite i told guys who assembled them that the product was not good they assembled it anyway and left. Couple of weeks later someone from goosens came to check and after looking at it he agreed that it is broken and should be replaced. I was delivered a broken product and still do not now when the replacement will take place. I needed to host goosens during the pandemic to have a broken product and to have them confirmed that it is broken. It is very inefficient and unprofessional.
