★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerste gesprek gehad met Maikel van Scheijen. Dit was zo'n ontzettend fijn gesprek. Totaal niet opdringerig, geen achterlijk hoge prijzen waardoor je weer tot vervelends aan toe op van alles "korting" krijgt wanneer je de deur uitloopt en gewoon goed advies. Uiteraard nog wel iets
an de prijs af kunnen halen en we hebben direct getekend.
De vervolg stappen als aanbetaling, inmeten, offerte bespreking en defenitief tekenen verliep ook vlekkeloos.
Het monteren van de keuken was in 1 dag gereed en gedaan door een zeer professionele monteur.
Enige min puntje wat ik me kan bedenken is dat we tijdens ons eerste gesprek aangaven een koelkast met vriesvak te willen, dit werd in het systeem gezet(dachten wij) en hebben hier dan ook niet meer op gelet.
Uiteindelijk hebben we hetzelfde type/merk maar dan zonder vriesvak. In de eerste instantie ruilen zij de koelkast niet kosteloos om maar de gesprekken omtrent de koelkast lopen nog en daarom geef ik ze nog de kans op de 5 sterren review.
Op de foto zit het folie er nog op vanwege de stucadoors die nog aan de gang moeten.
 Had the first conversation with Maikel van Scheijen. This was such a great conversation. Not pushy at all, no ridiculously high prices, so you get a "discount" on everything when you walk out the door and just good advice. Of course something else
We were able to collect the price and we signed immediately.
The follow-up steps such as down payment, measuring, quotation discussion and final signing also went smoothly.
The kitchen was assembled in 1 day and was done by a very professional mechanic.
The only minus point I can think of is that during our first conversation we indicated that we wanted a fridge with freezer compartment, this was put in the system (we thought) and we did not pay attention to this anymore.
In the end we have the same type/brand but without a freezer. In the first instance they will not exchange the fridge free of charge, but the conversations about the fridge are still ongoing and that is why I give them the chance to receive the 5 star review.
In the photo the foil is still on because of the plasterers who still have to get started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een keuken kopen is niet iets wat je dagelijks doet. Goede hulp en service is belangrijk. Bij Grando Zaandam krijg je de juiste aandacht, wordt alles dubbel gecheckt en worden afspraken goed nagekomen. Bereikbaarheid is top en ook na de plaatsing blijven ze service geven. Maikel, Sander, Melis Jan en Dennis bedankt!
Buying a kitchen is not something you do every day. Good help and service is important. At Grando Zaandam you get the right attention, everything is double checked and agreements are properly fulfilled. Accessibility is top notch and they continue to provide service even after installation. Maikel, Sander, Melis Jan and Dennis thank you!

Al 7 maanden wachten mijn vriend en ik tot onze keuken naar behoren wordt geïnstalleerd. Van luchtbellen in werkbladen (waarom van tevoren niet even checken?) tot aan enorm slecht werk van de monteur; de aankoop bij Grando is inmiddels een behoorlijke soap met nare bijsmaak geworden.
De service vanuit Grando komt niet verder dan 'sorry, wij vinden het ook vervelend'. Intussen staat onze woonkamer al 7 maanden vol met losse keukenonderdelen - geen enkele keer heeft Grando aangeboden de spullen weer op te halen.
Service? Vergeet het maar. Bij ons is het vertrouwen helemaal weg, dus voor ons eens maar nooit meer Grando

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for 7 months for our kitchen to be properly installed. From air bubbles in worktops (why not check in advance?) to extremely bad work by the mechanic; the purchase from Grando has now become quite a soap with a bad aftertaste.
The service from Grando does not go further than 'sorry, we find it annoying too'. In the meantime, our living room has been full of loose kitchen parts for 7 months - not once has Grando offered to pick up the stuff again.
Service? Forget it. Confidence is completely gone with us, so for us once but never again Grando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really excited to have Grando do the kitchen and bath in our new home. The sales experience itself was fine and pleasant, and we were excited with the plans. But then the difficulties began and are still ongoing- everything from poor to no communication, wrongly ordered parts, parts not ordered at all, appointments not made for work being done, etc. In addition we've had exciting problems like our shower flooding when you drain the bathtub, the toilet still doesn't flush properly, damage in various places, the shower leaks in various places due to bad kitting, etc etc.
We've complained to them several times and they completely dismiss us and say things like "we don't recognise ourselves in these comments", or promise to call back the next day and then don't call for weeks. I understand covid and supply chain issues have made things difficult, and we've cut them a lot of slack due to this, but this has been going on for months now with no end in sight. Absolutely terrible company and customer service, avoid avoid avoid.
