★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The room is fine but the service is not what you expect for a 4 starts hotel.
From the moment we check in, the room is not ready while we come in the check in time, also the receptionist put the wrong amount when we check in, so after we left the hotel, they just send an email again to ask us pay again due to their mistake.
The breakfast is only a breakfast bag package which you can buy yourself in the supermarket. and the breakfast bag is put in the wrong door so we need to call again to get ours.
So in terms of hospitaility, I think its not deserved a 4 stars.

But what is this drawing in my room ? Is this art ? Dutch art ? It made me laugh but please remove it, this is ugly and disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, quiet street, clean rooms, during our stay in a double room we had an electric error and we were transferred to a much bigger room with garden. Helpful stuff

the room we requested had an extra charge for the hydromassage tub I requested.
but unfortunately it didn't work properly, a very helpful receptionist did everything possibile to help us but the tub just didn't want to work (the tub plug had a malfunction)
the receptionist was kind enough to change us rooms at the end with a nice room with a bathtub unfortunately without the hydromassage .
Error is human, I would not have put this review if the receptionists who worked in the morning ( not the same of the evening before ) had been at least nice and apologized for the malfunction rather than insinuating that they faked it for a bigger room.
I don't think anyone fakes a malfunction at 10.30pm and then has to move their stuff rather than rest.
really bad morning receptionists.
(I also worked in luxury hotels and spas arround Europe , customer service is essential)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly helpful and pleasant staff! They gave us many wonderful recommendations. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was lovely and very clean. We really enjoyed the nespresso machine in our bedroom. My sister and I took my two children for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. We would definitely stay here on our next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a bad experience with the staff/reception. I have been a guest of the Hotel for multiple months back in 2021. My ID/Passport was stolen from my car near the hotel, which happens a lot in this area. I ask the reception if they can check my in without ID for the night and they refuse. They have all my information/copy of passport etc. but they would not allow me. I have spent more then 30 days at your hotel last year and this is how you treat me?
