We canceled reservation 10 days before for 5 persons because they are with 23000 cases of Covid a day and they refuse to give voucher or refund. They win money over the pandemic state it's a disgusting attitude.

Food is very tasty, and the rooms are clean. There's a tram station very near also.

I paid and i do not use the room because of covid measures, its not our fault... if i dont use, give my money back. Bad dicisions and then they charge me and said happy christmas.. easy money

1. All rooms on booking.com that were describing this type of room had rectangular, spacious interior. Our room had cramped corridor experience. There was little space and a lot of bumping into each other. This made us very uncomfortable and claustrophobic due to room design. 2. In advertised rooms there was a desk, small cofee table and 3 chairs. They could fit easilly into the advertised room. When I received a room there was only a coffee table and chair. Hotel's staff said they could give us chairs however with issue number 1 there was no place in corridor style room to put them. They would just be a nuisance. Originally our plan was to sit on chairs in circle and enjoy good talk and play computer games with our laptops. In corridor style room there is no way to put them in circle. I do not know if it was possible for them to add a desk, however with desk there is a same issue. There is just no correct place to put it anywhere due to no space in the room because of corrdior style. 3. Room had 1 window compared to advertised 2 windows in every photo. This gave us less light inside the rooms and it was quite darky 24/7 in the room. If you look at the photos then you are going to see that they are super bright. My photos could not be bright as we had small window which had hedgerow in front of it. 4. The smallest issue. They are advertising `view` on their listing. However we could barelly see anything through the window. 5. Hotel's staff declared that room on photos that I showed them represent 4 people room and not the one that I booked and that they do not have any rooms available that would match the photos. This is clearly a scam action in my opinion. 6. They could not put us into the room that would match the photos on the booking advertisement page. They only offered us to move into room of similar small and crumped size. If I would know that this Hotel is going to give us those rooms then I would never ever book this room. #Edit You can also see a response from hotel. You can easily see that they never addressed the main point of issue in my review - hotel room that does not match photos/advertisement on booking.com. If you are going to visit this hotel think thrice if you want to stay at place that is not honest with you at booking.com page.

Let’s say it is ok for the money but otherwise find something better, we stay in room 23, small, the toilet can’t be used properly, it is too small space to turn or something, the shower ok…we asked for something else because it is our wedding anniversary, but we got this…

We tried to stay in this hotel but left as the pictures online did not match our room. First issue was check in. We were able to store our bags but each time we came back at the time they reported our room would be ready, they sent us off again for another hour. Because there was only one clerk, after our room was ready close to 5 PM we had to wait for 45 minutes to get the key and our bags. When we took the elevator and the very narrow stairs to our room we were shocked. The bathroom was small and old. The ceiling was barely 6 feet in some places and the room was dark. We explained at the desk that the online pictures did not match the hotel and asked for a refund. They could not process a refund but we went to the Park Plaza Victoria anyway.

They took our deposit 150€. They said β€œyour room is smelling cigarette smoke. You smoked in the room.” We didn’t smoke inside the room. We smoked on the balcony in front of the door. Actually the smoke getting inside sometimes but its about the storm and wind. They could check security cam but they didn’t. Now you are answering to us about deposit problem but you took all money. And you said I can not give this room another person but one day is close 65 euro price. You took all money and you are very happy about that , congrats. I will never remove this review. I will try to explain every platform , if you know some of them let me know. You are thief. Your employer said I felt smell first day already so are you setting a trap? Why you didnt tell us? Why you didnt warn us? 150 euro its good for amsterdam have nice holiday with that…

They took a deposit of 150 euros when entering. Despite smoking inside the room, they did not give us our money back, saying that the room smells of cigarettes. I have never seen such a bad tourist understanding in Amsterdam. to deceive people.
