★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and perfect location. Even they have family room, with four single beds. Wi-fi is sometimes getting slow.
Also the staffs were super nice. I have visited here 2019 Summer and one of my family members was sick. The receptionists helped me a lot from finding doctors and going to emergency. Thanks for their kindness :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT PET FRIENDLY. Went to go check in, after paying for parking in the far away parking garage and was told rudely they don’t allow small dogs. Fix your website and don’t be rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best of the three we had to stay in due to cancelled flights. We booked into room 601 which is at the top of the hotel. Luckily there's a lift to the fifth floor and upon opening the room door there's a staircase up to the accommodation. My girlfriend and I were very impressed with the style and quality of the decor. Very clean and modern. Location is away from the main action but still within reasonable walking distance of the train station and town centre.
The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Not had the breakfast experience yet, as we've only just booked in, but I'm sure it will be very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a fantastic location, brilliant staff and lovely rooms.. it was clean and the beds were very comfy! A fully stocked nespresso machine and different teas were in the room and long with a TV and hairdryer. The bathroom was huge and very clean. We stayed in room 601 which I would definitely recommend as it has an amazing view of Amsterdam. Really very happy with this hotel, it was affordable but felt very luxurious. We're already planning our next visit to room 601!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT stay in this dirty hotel, poorly managed. We had booked this hotel for two nights, but when we arrived our room was very dirty. The blanket had stains all over it. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and had stains from shampoo bottles, soap, and hair on the floor. The room smelled poorly, and there was dust all over the carpet. At best, this is a one star hotel. We paid for the first night to be fair, but we never stayed in this hotel due to poor hygiene practices and poor cleaning practices of hotel staff. When we spoke with the manager, he was not at all helpful and was sarcastic saying that it was not so bad (without seeing it), that different people have different standards for cleanness - maybe he can sleep on a blanket that has been stained by another guest and use the bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned.
I DO NOT Recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and prize. The rooms are quite compact, but very clean and well equiped. I thought the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider this hotel again, specially for short one or two night stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great little hotel. Literally no complaints at all. Rooms aren't massive but it doesn't matter the bathroom very nice and beds comfy too. Perfect location, far enough out from the noise but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. 5 minutes from train station. Receptionists very helpful. Ground floor rooms available for anyone who might have problems with the steep steps in the Dam. Been to the Dam 5 times now and this is easily the best, will definitely be back.
