β β β β β In the last few years I had frequent lower back pain usually being caused and triggered by daily insignificant movement. I start private pilates lesson weekly and it is the best thing I ever did for my core and big muscle groups. From the 1st minute till last minute the lesson is filled with movement, energy and yet tranquility. Totally recommended.

I'm now joining the class after 2 private lessons... Anita has given me the confidence to do so. She is very patient, classes are small and she always gives you her personal attention. I've noticed a difference already..

Anita gave me personal attention and guided me through every move and excercises. 6 months since, my core is much stronger and feel more confident. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows in and out of this field and best I have met so far.

The studio has become a more pleasant and wonderful place as it is renewed, and Anita Lewis is a great teacher with pilates expertise.
I've been taking group lessons this place for a year and the Pilates exercise makes me really happy.
If you are looking for a Pilates studio, I strongly recommend in-sync pilates.

Anita owns this fabulous boutique in the Amstelveen area and whether in group or private lesson, Anita will give you the level of expertise you seek in your Pilates class. I take private and occasionally join the group sessions. Both have been very good and I highly recommend for those who are looking for a good Pilates boutique in the Amstelveen area. Anita is thoroughly knowledgeable on the reformer machines and gives you the proper workout according to your level.
