★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this place to find out the price of a certain item on their menu.
When I asked for the price I got informed that it cannot be shared with me.
I wasn't sure if i understood correctly, and asked if he didn't happen to know the price or didn't want to say? It was the latter.
Obviously at this point I was very confused, and asked why he couldn't tell me the price? No reason was given except that I would have to come here if I wanted to know, and shortly after that hung up on me.
So no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered mix grill and the ordered didn't arrive cuz they forgot to add it in the system. We later ordered kunafa, we've been waiting for it for almost 45 mins no show. When i asked about it they said 10 more minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a steak dish and asked if it could be medium rare. They served it almost raw and it looked horrible ? i asked for a solution and they put it in the microwave. It tasted like a piece of rubber and i got nauseous from one bite. It could be the mistake of the cook but what was even worse was how the staff replied as if these things happen on a daily basis. I asked if they could remove the steak but they said no and gave me a 10% discount so i ended up paying €30+ euros for something i did not eat and wasn’t worth a penny. terrible service, will never returnn
