Aktualisierung :
Nach Anruf in der Zentrale meldete sich der Langenfelder Kind-Mitarbeiter am Montag, entschuldigte sich und bot an, zu meinem Stiefvater ins Heim zu fahren.
Dort wurde dann alles am Hörgerät korrigiert. Blumen gab es auch noch. Dankeschön

After calling the head office, the Langenfelder Kind employee reported on Monday, apologized and offered to go to my stepfather's home.
