Our dryer is running again. An electronic component has been repaired (not replaced)! This saves resources and makes financial sense. The technicians were competent and efficient. Recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine AEG Geschirrspülmaschine heizte nicht mehr. Nach einiger Web-Recherche musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass es in Bezug auf Reparaturservices im Raum Düsseldorf keinerlei Bewertungen gab an denen ich mich orientieren konnte. Ich habe mich für dieses Unternehmen entschieden, und ich habe es nicht bereut. So muss Kundenservice sein ! Zwei Herren kamen nach telefonischer Terminabsprache vorbei, sahen sich das Gerät an, maßen die Widerstandswerte der Heizung durch und stellen fest - Heizung im Eimer. Es wurde eine Reparatur in der Werkstatt empfohlen. Also Maschine eingepackt, und nach zwei Tagen war sie fertig ! (Der Techniker hatte zuvor zwei bis drei Tage angegeben). Man rief mich an, machte einen erneuten Termin aus, Maschine angeschlossen, getestet - alles o.k., fragte noch nach ob ich weitere Fragen hätte (die ich nicht hatte) und teilte mir noch mit das ich nun eine 1 jährige Garantie auf die Reparaturleistung hätte und ich mich bei Fragen jederzeit und gerne melden könne. Ferner wurde die Maschine in der Werkstatt komplett gereinigt ! Ich kann dieses Unternehmen jedem der auf der Suche nach einem guten und sauber arbeitendem Fachbetrieb ist nur empfehlen, daher auch 5 Sterne - ganz lieben Dank.
My AEG dishwasher was no longer heating. After doing some web research, however, I found that there were no reviews with regard to repair services in the Düsseldorf area that I could use as a guide. I chose this company and I have no regrets. This is how customer service must be! Two gentlemen came over after making an appointment by phone, looked at the device, measured the resistance values of the heating and found - heating in a bucket. Repair in the workshop was recommended. So the machine was packed and after two days it was finished! (The technician had previously indicated two to three days). They called me, made another appointment, connected the machine, tested - everything was ok, asked if I had any further questions (which I did not have) and informed me that I now had a 1-year warranty on the repair service and I am happy to answer any questions at any time. The machine was also completely cleaned in the workshop! I can only recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good and clean working specialist, therefore 5 stars - thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon das Modell der Geschirrspülmaschine genannt. Nachdem der Reperatur bei uns war und den Sockel geöffnet und die Maschine untersucht hat, stellt es sich heraus, dass eine angebliche Magnet-Ventil kaputt sein könnte und dafür sollte die 20 jährige Geschirrspülmaschine demontiert werde, um feststellen zu können, was genau kaputt ist. Der Preis für die Demontierung war jedoch mehr als 300€, was sich nicht zum Reparieren lohnt. Die Untersuchung kostet 30€. Das Problem wurde nicht 100% festgestellt, weil es aufwändig war, das Defekt zu lokalisieren. Am Ende wurde uns Einkauf einer gebrauchten Maschine für 300€ vorgeschlagen(Bosch+Neu+Lieferung kostet 250€). Ob ich mit der Dienstleistung zufrieden war? Nein!
Ich wurde von dem Kundendienst angerufen, mit "Private Nummer". Der Mitarbeiter von der Firma hat versucht sich über das Geschehnis zu erkundigen und stellt es sich heraus, dass ich die Ursache des Defekts falsch kommuniziert wurde und man im vorhinein nicht sagen kann, ob eine 20-Jährige Maschine zu reparieren lohnt oder nicht. Wir haben noch weitere 4 Geräte zuhause und ich werde beim nächsten Mal eine andere Firma anrufen.
** Der Kundendienst hat sich wirklich bemüht, die Sache aufzuklären und ich bedanke mich für den Anruf, aber die tote Maschine hat weiterhin 30€ gekostet.

In the end, we were suggested to buy a used machine for € 300 (Bosch + new + delivery costs € 250). Was I satisfied with the service? No!
I was called by customer service with a "private number". The employee from the company tried to inquire about the incident and it turns out that the cause of the defect was communicated to me incorrectly and it cannot be said in advance whether a 20-year-old machine is worth repairing or not. We have another 4 devices at home and I will call another company next time.
** Customer service really went out of their way to clarify the situation and thank you for calling, but the dead machine continued to cost € 30.

Unsere Waschmaschine war defekt. Monteur sollte einen Tag später kommen, sagte den Termin spontan ab.
Kam dann einen Tag später. Führte eine Reparatur durch und kassierte Bar. Er übergab mir die Maschine als funktionsfähig. Bei dem dem ersten Probelauf lief die Maschine komplett aus. Nach telefonischer Reklamation wollte man sich für einen weiteren Termin melden. Bis heute keine Reaktion und ans Telefon wird auch nicht gegangen...
Maschine kaputt, Geld weg ... Also Achtung vor dieser Firma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Angebot von 250 Euro für die Reparatur meiner Waschmaschine(der Griff war kaputt).Als ich verneinte, bot man mir die Reparatur für 150€ an.
Hab dann als Laie das Original Ersatzteil für 15,06€ beim Hersteller bestellt und in 20 Minuten (dank youtube)selbst repariert!!!
Wofür bitte 250€ als Kostenvoranschlag??? Mir wurde sogar eine neue Waschmaschine vom servicetechniker angeboten. Sehr unseriös.

As a layman, I ordered the original spare part from the manufacturer for € 15.06 and repaired it myself in 20 minutes (thanks to youtube)!
What for please 250 € as a cost estimate ??? The service technician even offered me a new washing machine. Very dubious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserer Waschmaschine. Er hat versucht, uns Maschine zu verkaufen, anstatt sie zu lösen - was ich später selbst eine neue konnte.
Der Mechaniker sagte, die Reparatur würde 200 Euro kosten, weil er behauptete, die Maschine habe eine Pumpe und ein elektronisches Problem. Auch versucht er sofort, uns eine neue Maschine für 650 Euro zu verkaufen, die im Internet mehr als 150 Euro billiger. Ich zeigte ein besseres Modell der gleichen Marke, das war 450 Euro, er behauptete, dass diese Modelle viele Mängel Haben und nur das Modell perfekt ist, das genau im Auto war.
Und als er ging, beschloss ich, den Tank zu leeren. Mit dem Wasser kam eine Haarklemme heraus und jetzt funktioniert alles perfekt. Anstatt das zu tun und eine Gebühr für diese Reparatur zu bekommen, hat der Mechaniker versucht, unsere Maschine zurückzubekommen und eine neue zu verkaufen.

And when he left, I decided to empty the tank. A bobby pin came out with the water and now everything works perfectly. Instead of doing that and getting a fee for that repair, the mechanic tried to get our machine back and sell a new one.

Ich bin mit der Leistung sehr zufrieden.
Ich hatte einen Termin zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr wobei ich 30 Minuten vorher angerufen werde.
Das hat super funktioniert und der Techniker war sehr freundlich und beachtete auch die Corona Regeln.
Er hatte den Fehler schnell lokalisiert,es war nur ein Knopf in der Pumpe und nach entfernen lief dir Waschmaschine wieder.
Ich habe inc der Anfahrt und der 20 Minuten Arbeit 44€ bezahlt.
Ich kann sie Firma Kirschner sehr empfehlen.

I am very happy with the performance.
I had an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and was called 30 minutes beforehand.
That worked great and the technician was very friendly and also observed the Corona rules.
He quickly localized the error, there was only one button in the pump and after removing it, the washing machine ran again.
I paid 44€ including the journey and the 20 minutes of work.
I can highly recommend the Kirschner company.
