β β β β β I was in KPN Store on Rokin in Amsterdam yesterday (26/06/2018) as I needed to get a SIM card for my new smartphone. I know absolutely nothing about smartphones, so, I needed all the help I could get. I got that -- and more. I was assisted by Shafiek and Jamie. I, honestly, cannot thank and praise them enough. Both, Shafiek and Jamie were 'multitasking' (helping -- from what I could see, very efficiently -- more than one customer at the same time). Shafiek advised me on all the subscriptions to perfectly suit my personal needs. I could not have got better service and advice than I got at this KPN Store. Brilliant, just brilliant! This is one MOST satisfied customer.

β β β β β Literally I have never been to this shop where I did not have to wait for at least 30 minutes before I could talk to someone (there's never more than 10 customers in the store). I like KPN but this store makes me want to cancel my contract. Staff is good and professional once you get to talk to them

β β β β β They can indeed help you with the telecommunication services. but when it comes to more detailed questions or exact questions bou a device. most of the can't really awnser those type of questions.

β β β β β Not efficient help from staff in this place. Did not seem like they knew their products well. I wanted to change from a competitor and had to tell them "I want to give you my money" before they understood the sales signals. Seems like they are not interested in selling to non-Dutch speakers as they made it incredibly difficult.

β β β β β The help u received was immaculate. The lady was super nice to me even though I was kinda oblivious to what needed to happen. I was helpt very fast. Everything about my experience in the shop was very positive.

β β β β β Kpn at it's finest, having a walk in shop with nothing to display (corona and what not) and having their employees say: "we cannot help you, current customer of KPN". Customer service eventually helped me (multiple attempts) but it is far to say that you should take the adventure
