★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für eine Kontoauflösung musste ich in eine Sparkasse KölnBonn. Dazu sind zunächst die Öffnungszeiten in Delbrück sehr kundenfreundlich, weshalb ich dort hin bin.
Mir wurde super lieb und kompetent von Frau Sell und Frau Kühnapfel geholfen, weshalb die Filiale bei mir einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Bei Fragen bezüglich der Sparkasse KölnBonn würde ich hier nochmal hin kommen zum beraten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute war ich mit meinen zwei Kindern in der Filiale Köln Dellbrück und wurde von Frau Springer bedient. Sehr nette Frau, welche mir bei der Änderung meiner Adresse und Telefonnumer half und mit mir gemeinsam mein Onlinebanking eingerichtet hat. Da alles etwas mehr Zeit in Anspruch nahm, wurden meine Kinder ungeduldig und daraufhin reagierte Frau Springer sehr freundlich und gab den Kindern kleine Geschenke. Vielen Dank für das schnelle Kümmern meines Anliegens. :)
Today I went to the Cologne Dellbrück branch with my two children and was served by Ms. Springer. Very nice woman who helped me to change my address and phone number and who set up my online banking with me. Since everything took a little longer, my children became impatient and Ms. Springer reacted very friendly and gave the children small gifts. Thank you for taking care of my concern quickly. :)
