Diese Gebühren werden kurz drauf 0,50 Cent erhöht. 4 Wochen später kommen auf diese Kontoführungsgebühren 0.20 Cent für jede EC Zahlung, Buchung, Ein - Auszahlungen dazu. (Ab der 16 Buchung) Das macht auf die Euro 4,50 die man ja schon monatlich bezahlt nochmal zwischen 10,00 und 20,00 Euro oben drauf aus, und das monatlich. Das heiß, man muss hier aufpassen das man wenn man z.B Abbuchungen von Händler hat, wie Amazon, Lidl, Rewe ect 0,20 Cent bezahlt pro Buchung bezahlt. Mittlerweile bin ich bei der Sparkasse, da bezahle ich wesentlich weniger für die selben Leistungen. Und ich kann beruhigt mit ec Karte in den Geschäften bezahlen ohne zu überlegen das wievielte mal das jetzt an ec Zahlung war. Und spare im Jahr gut 250 Euro! Bislang gab es selten bis nie Probleme, und wenn Mal was nicht ganz wie gedacht gelaufen ist, konnte mit viel persönlichem Engagement durch die Mitarbeiter und oder die Mitarbeiterinnen das Problem gelöst werden. Vor allem die persönlichen Ansprechpartner und Ansprechpartnerinnen kamen insbesondere der älteren Kundschaft freundlich entgegen. Natürlich verändert sich die Kundenbindung im Laufe einer so langen Zeit durch Einflüsse, die oft nicht von den Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen zu vertreten sind ( z.B. die Software-Anpassungen, die bisherige Servicemöglichkeiten schlicht unterbindet und dergleichen ). Ausgehend davon kann man nur hoffen, dass sich diese Filiale den Charme, die Freundlichkeit und den Kundenservice bewahrt, wie es bisher der Fall war. Durchdigitalisiert unpersönlich kann jeder und es wäre sehr schade, wenn diese Filiale dadurch eher bedeutungslos wird. Genossenschaft bedeutet immer Verpflichtung in Richtung Genossenschaft, sowie Verpflichtung in Richtung der Mitglieder. Von daher bitte nicht oberflächlich werden und weiter mit dem positiven Engagement wie bisher. The family has been with this bank for more than 60 years.
