Das liegt aber nicht daran, dass man dort keine Lust zum Arbeiten hat, sondern dass sehr sorgfältig auf den Kunden und dessen Probleme am Fahrrad eingegangen wird. You have to have a lot of time and patience to bring a bike to the workshop, because in the morning a long queue forms in front of the door. But that's not because you don't feel like working there, but because the customer and his problems with the bike are dealt with very carefully.

Kann den Laden von der Beratung her und die Werkstatt nur weiterempfehlen ??? Top service, fast, uncomplicated and friendly! Für den zweiten Besuch wurde extra noch ein baugleiches Fahrrad in einer anderen Rahmengröße vorbereitet, damit wir es ausprobieren konnten. Die richtigen Schutzbleche waren vorhanden, sie sind innerhalb kürzester Frist äußerst professionell installiert worden und das ganze hat noch nicht einmal was gekostet. Aufgrund eines winzig kleinen Kratzers auf dem Schutzblech hat man mir einen mächtigen Nachlass gegeben. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur freundlich und höflich, sondern auch überaus humorvoll. Auch wenn die Wegstrecke ein bisschen länger ist, ist das mein neuer Händler des Vertrauens! I'm really excited. I had a bit of a tricky problem with protective panels that could hardly be attached. The right mudguards were available, they were installed extremely professionally within a very short time and the whole thing didn't even cost anything. Because of a tiny little scratch on the fender I was given a huge discount. The employees are not only friendly and polite, but also have a great sense of humor. Even if the distance is a bit longer, this is my new trusted dealer!

Man bekommt auch noch ein Pflegeset gratis dazu. AUSSERDEM: einmal jährlich eine gratis Inspektion zwischen Oktober und April. Dazu noch die Kundenkarte für 10% Rabatt bei Reparaturleistungen. KLASSE GESCHÄFT. Super nice service !!! I bought a boy's bike for my 6 year old son's birthday today. Very detailed advice. You also get a maintenance set free of charge. IN ADDITION: once a year a free inspection between October and April. Plus the customer card for a 10% discount on repairs. GREAT BUSINESS.
