Problem wurde eingegrenzt und gelöst. + professionelles Management + Kundenkommunikation + schnelle Abwicklung trotz hoher Auftragslage o Preise sind angemessen - keine Negativpunkte, bin jetzt aber erst einmal da gewesen - I had my bike repaired here: It was a problem that another workshop couldn't handle. Problem has been narrowed down and resolved. + professional management + customer communication + fast processing despite a high order situation o Prices are reasonable - no negative points, but I was there for now -

Sehr gute Beratung, Herr Sebold hat auf Anhieb das passende Rad von Gudereit für mich gefunden, mit dem ich mittlerweile sehr viel Freude habe. Auch der Werkstattbetrieb ist freundlich und gut organisiert. Zubehör für unseren vorhandenen Kindersitz und Fahrradanhänger wurde problemlos gleich mit montiert. Ein Anfängerfehler meinerseits am Anfang (Öl auf Scheibenbremse) wurde sehr kulant behoben. Ich kann das Geschäft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Perfect specialist trade! Accessories for our existing child seat and bicycle trailer were easily installed at the same time. A beginner's mistake on my part at the beginning (oil on disc brake) was resolved very accommodatingly. I can unreservedly recommend the shop.

Beratung und Service vor, während und nach dem Kauf sind Klasse. I already bought three bikes here (the last two were stolen, you can't blame Sebold for that). Advice and service before, during and after the purchase are great.
K	Kevin Knoop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird man super beraten. Herr Sebold geht individuell auf Kundenwünsche ein und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Laden wirkt von außen nicht groß, aber es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Rädern und es gibt auch noch genug im Lager. Hier sollte jeder das richtige Rad finden. Der Werkstattservice wird auch rege genutzt und ich werde mein Fahrrad auch dort zur Inspektion bringen. Here you will get great advice. B	Barbara Krienen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann den Kundenservice nicht empfehlen. Vor allem dann nicht, wenn man das Bike nicht direkt bei Sebald gekauft hat. Als Bosch e-bike Händler hätte er für mich als gute Kundin durchaus eine Garantie abwickeln können. Aber da es aufwändig ist und nicht viel in die Kasse spielt, wurde dieser Service trotz Angebot einer Servicepauschale abgelehnt. Übler Service. Jetzt mach es ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken, die Konkurrenz in Saarn! (Eine sehr verärgerte Kundin) I cannot recommend customer service. Especially not if you didn't buy the bike directly from Sebald. As a Bosch e-bike dealer, he could have processed a guarantee for me as a good customer. But since it is time-consuming and doesn’t add much to the cash register, this service was rejected despite the offer of a flat-rate service. Bad service. Now do it without batting an eyelid, the competition in Saarn! (A very angry customer)

Preise sind sehr fair. Ich habe in der Saison nur knapp einen Monat auf einen Termin warten müssen und meine Sattelstütze haben sie auf Anfrage, nach der Inspektion, auch mal eben repariert. Ich werde wiederkommen. ??? I had Zweirad Sebold have my e-bike inspected and I don't regret it. Service is just great and the staff is very nice and competent. Prices are very fair. I only had to wait a month for an appointment during the season and they repaired my seat post on request after the inspection. I will come back. ???

It was 85% pre assembled and rest i had to assemble at home ,which i did but unfortunately every part was not fitted snugly and I got problems every now and then to fix it. I took my bicycle to this shop and the shop owner and other working fellows are very very nice in nature. Although i didnt knw very well to speak in German ,i communicated in English and they understood me well and fixed every part properly and didnt charge a single penny. It was an unexpected experience.
