K	Konstantin Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben bei Lucky Bike für unsere Tochter ein Fahrrad zum 6. Geburtstag gekauft. Mit Nils' Beratung und der Auswahl waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Teststrecke hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht - auch der kleine Bruder durfte viele Runde drehen - und hat uns die Entscheidung erleichtert. Da wir außerhalb der Stoßzeiten vorort waren (Freitag, 17:30), gab es keine Wartezeiten und alles war total entspannt. Das Fahrrad haben wir Montags abgeholt, da noch Schutzbleche und Licht (kostenfrei) montiert wurden. Zwei kleine Makel: 1. Leider wurde ein falscher Preis abgerechnet. Nachdem es uns am nächsten Tag aufgefallen ist, wurde uns der Differenzbetrag aber ohne Umstände ausgezahlt. 2. Telefonisch war Lucky Bike nicht zu erreichen (an einem Samstag). Die Kommunikation per E-Mail war dagegen problemlos. Fazit: Beratung gut, Fahrrad super, Kind glücklich, Eltern glücklich! We bought a bike for our daughter's 6th birthday at Lucky Bike. We were very satisfied with Nils' advice and the selection. The test track was a lot of fun for our children - the little brother was also allowed to do a lot of laps - and made our decision easier. Since we were on site outside of the rush hour (Friday, 5:30 p.m.), there were no waiting times and everything was totally relaxed. We picked up the bike on Mondays, as mudguards and lights were still installed (free of charge). Two minor flaws: 1. Unfortunately the wrong price was charged. After we noticed it the next day, the difference was paid out to us without any problems. 2. Lucky Bike could not be reached by phone (on a Saturday). Communication by email, on the other hand, was problem-free. Conclusion: good advice, great bike, happy child, happy parents!

Ich wurde vom Verkäufer Herrn Lee wunderbar beraten. Ein passendes Bike haben wir schnell gefunden, er hat es auf meine Größe eingestellt und durfte es dann probefahren. Nach der Probefahrt war alles klar, das musste es sein ein Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625.. Es wurde gleich ein Angebot geschrieben und das Bike wurde bestellt und mit einigen Extras versehen. Nach einigen Wochen Wartezeit durfte ich es abholen. Alle Extras für die ich mich entschieden habe wurden schon vom Werkstatt Team montiert. Ein riesen Dankeschön auch dafür. Fazit / Ich kann Lucky Bike Essen wärmstens empfehlen. Von der Beratung , Fahrradkauf bis zum Zubehör. I've been interested in an e-bike for a long time, checked out several shops and found what I was looking for at Lucky Bike in Essen. I received wonderful advice from the seller, Mr. Lee. We quickly found a suitable bike, he adjusted it to my size and was then allowed to test ride it. After the test drive everything was clear, it had to be a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625 .. An offer was immediately written and the bike was ordered and given a few extras. After a few weeks of waiting, I was allowed to pick it up. All extras that I have decided on have already been installed by the workshop team. A huge thank you for that too. Conclusion / I can warmly recommend Lucky Bike Essen. From advice and buying a bike to accessories.
