★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike my previous orders, this time media markt made it so difficult to replace my broken TV I bought 2 days ago. First the website where I report the (inruilen) doesn't work. I had to register my problem 3 times without receiving any confirmation email from MM, then I had to take the TV all the way back to media market and they told us to wait 10 days to update us! Now I can see in my order status that my registration is for reparation instead of replacing. I received a broken TV and now have to wait 10 days to for MM to repair a broken screen in a €200 TV!

I was going to by a laptop 17" for a price over 700€
I decide to dont do it, its really very complicated becouse there are the form to fill and they are only in netherland languages.
ITS IMPOSSIBLE, ITS ABSURD THA YOU CAN'T CHOICE AT LEAST THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Thks, but I get out and I will never by there anymore even If I have spend, alredy, more then 600€.
So take care of you, but more important, TAKE CARE OF YOUR COUSTOMER (whe bring fresh and good money to you).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'd probably get the familiar brands, but for me I prefer shopping online, with more choices, not limited by the showroom storage room size. Choices are oriented towards average consumers, which will be fine for most peoplr but not enougg choices for me. PC components / accessories / smart home gadgets. There is better hardware online for cheaper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to use their repair in 2 hours. Came to pick it up the next day, but they had forgotten it. They would repair it quickly, came back at the end of the day, but security would me not let into the shop to pick up phone and said service desk was already closed. Should have picked a separate repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw a nice fridge/freezer combination at mediamarkt Den Haag and ordered it online.
When the fridge arrived - delivered in our home we discovered the fridge was damaged when opening it the first time at home.
Complaint at media markt online due to a delivered damaged fridge awaiting replacement. It seems to be an unbelievable hassel since they cannot take back damaged goods. Even though it is not our fault. Cancellation of the purchase contract also impossible since item is obviously damaged…….. but it was delivered damaged?!!
They are sorry but they cannot take back damaged goods……
Repair company contacted us after mailing pictures - and writing long mails.
Customer service is BAD - I don’t care if mediamarkt online or store - since they should show responsiblity for delivering and selling damaged wares.
Deeply frustrating experience with this company.
Cannot recommend. Quality management seems to be non existent.
