★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point in going inside for service. For ten Euros they sell you a SIM card and then you need to go to an Albert Heijn to buy another card to add credit. Except the AH store did not sell something like that. So tried to add credit via the internet. After one hour of having to register, being asked for user names and passwords and filling out credit card information in vain, I realized spending over an hour to get this ten Euro thing to work is madness. So I went back to the Grote Market. Lobar sells ten dollar SIM cards that gibe you 500 minutes calling, 2GB and 2000 messages. WAY CHEAPER and no need to go to grocery stores and non-working websites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this place to confirm if this is also a service center for Huawei mobiles and got positive reply. After arriving at the store, I was told the service has been closed since March.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent internet service. The coffee isn't the best but they have a good selection of teas.
The cakes are ok but I wouldn't crave them if they weren't there.
The staff rotates every day so there are some helpful and welcoming people one day but then on other days there are some that aren't so welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is now a T-Mobile store. I'm sad that the coffee shop is gone but over all this is ok for T-Mobile gets pretty busy and waiting times in the other stores are crazy long.
It's clean, lots of options. I had to wait longer for a phone I ordered to the store (thinking store delivery would be quicker) so I'm not sure what was up with that but I'm good with T-Mobile service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the smartest bunch of people. The sales guys didn't know the difference between DSL and WiFi. And you would for a ISP they would know the basics.. Got a faulty modem and had lecture 6 people over the course of a week before they acknowledged that the modem is indeed faulty.
