★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal (in diesem Fall eine junge Dame) ist leider absolut unfreundlich. Vor einem Kunden sollte man weder die Augen verdrehen, noch patzige/respektlose Antworten geben, sobald eine Frage gestellt wird.
The staff (in this case a young lady) is unfortunately absolutely rude. In front of a customer you should neither turn a blind eye, nor give blatant / irreverent answers, as soon as a question is asked.
