J	Jörg M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in den letzten 15 Jahren regelmäßig für einen Angehörigen Kontakt zu Hodey, Zentrale in Kamp-Lintfort pflegen müssen. Um das gesamte mal in deutliche und klare Worte zu fassen: - organisatorisches Desaster, - Rückrufe erfolgen nicht, - Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten, - Beratung des Kunden mangelhaft. Vielleicht sollte man bei Hodey einfach mal damit beginnen, zu verinnerlichen, welches Clientel den Kundenstamm der Firma Hodey darstellt. Es werden Personen sein, die sicherlich aufgrund ihrer gesundheitlichen, psychischen und motorischen Defiziten nicht immer dazu in der Lage sind, sich entsprechend zu artikulieren und oftmals such einfach darauf bauen, das ihnen geholfen wird. Wir haben es zb erleben dürfen, das angerufen wurde, dann die Zusage erfolgte man rufe zurück, dies aber leider nie erfolgte. Oder Termine abgestimmt werden, die man aufgrund seiner eigenen Verantwortung dem Betroffenen gegenüber früh und -rechtzeitig erscheint und man dann einen Zettel im Briefkasten vorfindet, das der Fahrer schon da gewesen ist und man sich zur Vereinbarung eines neuen Termins melden soll. All dies verhalten seitens Hodey hat uns dazu bewogen, immer öfter alternative Anbieter auszuwählen, bei denen man all die typischen Probleme nicht hat. In unserer Situation ist es nun nur noch abschließend mit Hodey die Rückgabe einiger überlassener Hilfsmittel zu regeln. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf dieses neue Erlebnis. Es wird bestimmt letztmalig interessant werden. For the past 15 years we have had to maintain regular contact with Hodey, head office in Kamp-Lintfort, for a relative. All of this behavior on the part of Hodey has led us to increasingly choose alternative providers that do not have all the typical problems. In our situation it is now only to settle the return of some aids left with Hodey. I am already looking forward to this new experience. It will definitely be interesting for the last time.
M	Marion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einen Stern vergeben, weil ich mindestens einen Stern vergeben muss. Null Sterne wären besser. Immer wieder Ärger mit Hodey. Man hat den Eindruck die Mitarbeiter sind aus dem Dornröschenschlaf noch nicht erwacht. Hilfsmittel bekommt man nach über zwei Monaten immer noch nicht. Bei Nachfrage wird im Computer kein Auftrag gefunden . Rückrufe werden erst gemacht, wenn mindestens zum vierten oder fünften Mal angerufen und nachgefragt wird wie weit der Auftrag vorangegangen ist. Selbst dann noch unfähig vernünftig Auskunft zu geben. Man wird nur vertröstet. Hilfsmittel ( Scooter) werden benötigt. Bekommt man nicht zum Spaß vom Arzt verschrieben. Vielen Dank für die Beraubung meiner Selbstständigkeit. Ich bin begeistert. I gave a star because I have to give at least one star. Zero stars would be better. Always trouble with Hodey. One has the impression that the employees have not yet awakened from their slumber. Aids are still not available after more than two months. When asked, no order is found in the computer. Callbacks are only made when the call is made for at least the fourth or fifth time and asked how far the order has progressed. Even then, unable to provide any reasonable information. H	H P H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte auf die erfolgte Rezension von Jörg M. von vor 4 Monaten verweisen und mich seinen Aussagen zu 100% anschließen. - organisatorisches Desaster - Rückrufe erfolgen entweder nicht oder hartnäckig auf einer falschen und mehrfach korrigierten Telefonnummer - der Informationsfluss innerhalb Hodey ist grottenschlecht Bei Bewertungen dieser Art antwortet der Inhaber damit, dass er sich bedankt und erklärt wie wichtig Informationen für ihn sind um die Geschäftsabläufe zu verbessern. Innerhalb der letzten Monate ist zumindest nichts passiert. I would like to refer to Jörg M.'s review from 4 months ago and agree 100% with his statements. - organizational disaster - Recalls are either not made or are persistent on an incorrect and repeatedly corrected telephone number - the flow of information within Hodey is terrible With reviews of this kind, the owner responds by saying thank you and explaining how important information is for him to improve business processes. At least nothing has happened in the last few months.
E	Erika Strzelecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann bekam vom Krankenhaus einen Wannenlifter, einen Rollator ,eine Urinflasche Verordnet das Rezept ging vom Krankenhaus sofort nach Hodey alles kam an,nun will Hodey noch das Rezept für die Flasche obgleich alles auf eine,eine Verordnung stand ich habe auch meinRollator,mein Rollstuhl um,von dort aber das wars für mich mit der Firma so eine unfreundliche Böse Person am Telefon die einfach auflegt,ich werde meine Sachen wo anders holen aber Nie wieder da. My husband got a bath lift, a walker, a urine bottle from the hospital. The prescription went from the hospital immediately after Hodey everything arrived, now Hodey still wants the prescription for the bottle, although everything was on a prescription. I also have my walker, my wheelchair um, from there but that's it for me with the company such an unfriendly evil person on the phone who just hangs up, I'll get my things somewhere else but never there again.
S	Susanne Platen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit Hoday zufrieden meine Versorgung kommt Pünktlich, und meine Bandage passt auch super und am Telefon wird mir auch immer gut geholfen wenn ich fragen habe. Ich habe zwar keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit aber brauch ich ja auch nicht. I am satisfied with Hoday my care comes on time, and my bandage also fits perfectly and on the phone I always get good help when I have questions. I don't have a possibility for comparison, but I don't need one either.

Er hat die ganze Situation souverän und fachmännisch gelöst, in kürzester Zeit. Als das Problem gelöst wurde, hat er Herr Greven mich noch gefragt ob ich denn eine Bedienungsanleitung von dem Elektromobil hätte. Ich hatte keine und er hat mir eine ausgedruckt. Ich möchte anmerken, dass Hodey nicht 1€ an mir verdient hat und trotzdem mir so einen Service geboten hat!!!....... Danke Herr Greven, danke Hodey I went to Hodey's last week as I had a problem with a mobility scooter. Herr Greven took care of my case. He solved the whole situation competently and professionally, in the shortest possible time. When the problem was solved, Mr. Greven asked me if I had the operating instructions for the mobility scooter. I didn't have one and he printed one out for me. I would like to say that Hodey didn't earn 1€ from me and still gave me such a service!!!....... Thank you Mr. Greven, thank you Hodey

Ich bin immer noch begeistert und das muss ich hier auch mal anmerken. Herr Arnold konnte so viele nützliche Hilfestellungen geben und das ganz ehrlich und freundlich. Immer wieder werden ich meine Anliegen dort besprechen. I was at Hodey's last week and received very competent and great advice from Mr. Arnold. That was amazing! I'm still excited and I have to say that here. Mr. Arnold was able to give so much useful help and he was honest and friendly. Again and again I will discuss my concerns there.

Die Mitarbeiter des Betriebes waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir das Unternehmen in vielen Bereichen kennenlernen durften, kann ich nur sagen, das die Mitarbeiter über ein fundiertes Fachwissen verfügen. Auch die Vermittlung von Fachwissen, an neue Kollegen oder Lehrkräfte ist fundiert und mit dem Kunden abgestimmt. Ich kann das Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so einen guten Job lasst euch nicht beirren von so manchen Bewertungen hier. Scheinbar scheinen manche Leute zu vergessen, das wir alle nur Menschen sind. Wir bedanken uns bei euch für eure sehr Gute und Zuverlässige Arbeit. My family and I have been Hodey customers for many years now. There were difficult times, with illness and death. The employees of the company were always friendly and courteous. Since we were able to get to know the company in many areas, I can only say that the employees have sound specialist knowledge. The transfer of specialist knowledge to new colleagues or teachers is well-founded and coordinated with the customer. I can only recommend the company. Keep up the good work, don't let the reviews on here fool you. Some people seem to forget that we are all only human. We thank you for your very good and reliable work.
