★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg onprofessioneel behandeld. Hoge kosten gemaakt zonder oplossing, terwijl onze eigen Ford garage binnen een dag de oplossing had en kon aantonen dat Ford Volendam iets over het hoofd hebben gezien wat ze wel hadden moeten zien. Ze geven helaas niet thuis.
Treated very unprofessionally. High costs were made without a solution, while our own Ford garage had the solution within a day and could prove that Ford Volendam had overlooked something they should have seen. Unfortunately they don't give at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had mijn buitenspiegel van mijn bus kapot gereden en was op vakantie in volendam maar moest snel een oplossing hebben om toch naar huis te kunnen rijden kon gelijk even langskomen en monteur heeft de spiegel snel en zonder kosten provisorisch weer vast kunnen maken zodat ik toch naar huis kon rijden

I had broken my outside mirror of my bus and was on holiday in Volendam but had to find a solution quickly to be able to drive home, could immediately drop by and the mechanic was able to temporarily fix the mirror again at no cost so that I could go to drive home
