★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saubere und gepflegte Zimmer. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Etwas negatives wenn zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschraubt werden sind es keine Einzelbetten mehr.
Clean and well-kept rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Something negative when two single beds are screwed together they are no longer single beds.

Zimmer Top und sauber gross
Sehr schlechte Rezeption keinerlei Infos über Hotelbläufe.
2 Zimmer gebucht hatten unsere Ankunft fuer 16-17 angekuendigt 1 Zimmer war noch nicht fertig "1-2 Stunden "wurde uns gesagt.
Oben auf der Etage trafen wir dann netten Zimmerservice die dann kurzerhand das andere Zimmer vorbereitet hatten. Die Damen wussten von nichts somit haette es noch Stunden dauern koennen.
Fruehstueck gebucht auf Homepage Dort stand noch "Frühstück wg Corona auf dem Zimmer." Hatren demnach auch so gebucht.
War aber nicht so wollten dann in den Fruehstueckraum plötzlich nur mit Reservierung??? Wg Corona aber allee laufen hier ohne Maske rum..
Konnten dann nicht essen.
Davon wurde uns nichts mitgeteilt.Auch keine Alternativen angeboten Auch hier schlechte Absprachen mit der Rezeption.
Man gab uns das Frühstzeckgeld zurueck..
Schoenes Hotel ganz schlechtes QM.Jeder schiebt die Schuld auf andere Schichten oder Abteilungen mega unprofessionell
Arrival with 2 adults and 4 children for one night.
The room was great and clean, large
Very bad reception no information about hotel operations.
We had booked 2 rooms and announced our arrival for 16-17. 1 room was not ready yet "1-2 hours" we were told.
Up on the floor we met nice room service who then had prepared the other room without further ado. The ladies didn't know anything so it could have taken hours.
Breakfast booked on the homepage There was still "Breakfast due to Corona in the room." Hatren also booked that way.
Wasn't wanted then suddenly only with reservation in the breakfast room ??? Wg Corona but the streets are walking around without a mask ..
Then couldn't eat.
We were not told anything about this. No alternatives were offered. Again, bad agreements with the front desk.
The breakfast money was given back to us.
Nice hotel, very bad QM. Everyone blames other shifts or departments mega unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, clean rooms with a great view. Friendly staff. Excellent location beside Almere Centrum. Convenient restaurants and groceries nearby. Would easily recommend to anyone staying in the Amsterdam metro area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new rooms with friendly staff. The beds are worth mentioning specifically for being nice and confortable. Kitchenette was useful, would have been more useful with more cutlery and crockery. Location is good, right next to train station and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Very clean!
