We kregen een tegoed bon van %20 van onze uitgaven, twee dagen later werden we gebeld met de mededeling dat we een extra tegoedbon twv. €225 zouden krijgen bij extra uitgaven van €70. 5 sterren voor personeel omdat ze klantvriendelijk, behulpzaam, meedenkend zijn en 5 sterren voor Prenatal omdat ze alles op voorraad hadden. For personal shopping one has to make an appointment by phone, without knowing it we went to Prenatal in Son, despite we had not made an appointment we were helped by calling the personal shopper facetime while she (Danielle) was off that day. We received a voucher of %20 of our expenses, two days later we were called with the announcement that we had an extra voucher worth. would receive €225 for additional spending of €70. 5 stars for staff because they are customer-friendly, helpful, thoughtful and 5 stars for Prenatal because they had everything in stock.
A	A Ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super geholpen! Er werd door Puck ruim de tijd genomen om te helpen en informeren voor een kinderwagen, geen stijve verkopers praatjes maar leuk en goed advies. Ook was er iets mis gegaan voor de aanvraag van de blije doos en werd dit meteen opgelost. Top service! Kom zeker terug. Very helpful! Puck took plenty of time to help and inform about a pram, no stiff salespeople talk but fun and good advice. Something had also gone wrong for the request for the happy box and this was immediately resolved. Great service! Definitely come back.

It’s big, has a wide assortment of products (clothing, accessories, some furniture like cribs and changing stations, strollers, etc.). We’ve done both small purchases (e.g. gifts for friends’ kids) as well as large purchases for our own kids (e.g. strollers and car seats). They’ve usually proven to be quite helpful and patient, which is especially critical as many people shopping here are first time parents and don’t really know much about basic products. It’s a good place to keep in mind, and the proximity with other big shops you might visit regularly (e.g. IKEA, Praxis, MediaMarkt, etc.) makes it an attractive option

We received excellent assistance from Puck and would recommend this store especially to first time parents as you get lots of guidance.
