★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, good location. Leiden is about 30 minutes with public transport. Supermarkt close by. Beach is very nice. Rooms are a bit noicy and old. Staff is very friendly and one of the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, friendly people. We had a very small room unfortunately where, even though it was cold outside, became really hot inside.. Breakfast and the restaurant were nice though and friendly staff.

We were not able to check in until 1am due to work and even though they typically are not open at that time they stayed there so we could have a room. Very nice and polite staff and I recommend this place to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 3 nights. Everything worked, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and I liked having 'free' tea & coffee in the room. The only other food/drink I had there was breakfast, which was not great but not bad either. N.B. no night staff (betw. 2300 - 0700) which can potentially be a problem.

Pro's:
- very close to the beach right on the boulevard.
- very clean room
- exceptional staff
- good breakfast buffet
Con's:
- old musty
- rooms are very small
- only 1 power outlet in the entire room
- no airco only a table fan
For a couple days this would be a great hotel the rooms are just to small the entire hotel is outdated and could use a renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location in front of the beach with a lovely view. Although the decor and furnishing are very old, with smelly carpet in the room and a little rusty bathtube. It would definitely need a remodeling. The breakfast was good and the quality/price at the end it's okay.
