★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, none of the menu is cooked in authentic way (and the genre of their cuisine is far away from being "fusion" as some reviewers seem to believe), but at the end of the day most of dishes are cooked with respect for basic techniques and are rather enjoyable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had four dinner reservations for our short stay in Amsterdam. Each was chosen based on menu, reviews and location (walking distance from our hotel).
Of all our choices, this was our favourite.
I’ve included what we ordered, because everything was outstanding. That includes the terrific service from Floor.
I truly could have kept ordering until I burst, it was so good. If Asian fusion is your thing, put Nooch on your must try list. You won’t be disappointed.
My favourite on the list - sticky sweet and sour chicken. Sooo good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the salmon tartare in n out sushi. The tartare on top the sushi was delicious and lightly spicy, but the sushi itself seemed like it was thawed or low quality.
The portion is not good at all for the price. If you're willing to get away from Jordaan, I recommend the sushi booth at the Foodhallen, north of Vondelpark.
The customer service is ok. They will probably ask for a tip, even though we're in Europe.
