Die hebben we bij Eline en Robin gevonden, en de wandtegels dus ook daar aangeschaft. Ontzettend tevreden over deze aankoop die inmiddels naar volle tevredenheid dienst die in onze vernieuwde badkamer. Ik had nog een extra reserve tegel 80x80 nodig en die ligt alweer voor ons klaar. Top service! Long searched for a real wooden washbasin substructure, matching washbasins and taps. We found them at Eline and Robin, so we also bought the wall tiles there. Very satisfied with this purchase, which is now fully satisfied in our renovated bathroom. I needed an extra spare tile 80x80 and it is already ready for us. Great service!

We vonden het advies dat we kregen heel gedetailleerd, objectief, flexibel en passend bij onze wensen. Wat we bijzonder goed vonden is dat zij ook tijdens de verbouwing ons snel konden helpen toen er iets veranderde en we nog iets nodig hadden en moesten aanpassen. Hartelijk bedankt Robin! Great sanitary store! The employees are very friendly and will take your wishes into account when selecting the bathroom, sanitary ware and furniture. We found the advice we received to be very detailed, objective, flexible and appropriate to our needs. What we found particularly good is that they were also able to help us quickly during the renovation when something changed and we still needed something and had to adjust it. Levering ging zoals afgesproken en dan hebben we er ook nog een mooie BBQ bij gekregen! ?? Very happy with our new bathroom! Well advised by Ed Buijs in the Amsterdam office. Delivery went as agreed and then we also received a nice BBQ! ??

They also seem to have the greatest choice I have seen in Amsterdam and will do what they can to help found the best option possible for you. We did not use the installation service as we already had our contractor but they really communicated with him as if he was part of their offer. I can only recommend!

Pros: They do have a nice selection of tiles and accessories - but beware that not everything you see there will actually be available Cons: Absolutely no attention to detail (mistakes and wrong orders); significant delays due to items never in stock 1. After the initial consultation when we agreed on the design and pricing, I did not hear anything from them for 2 weeks. Only when I called, they started to look into my order. Turned out that the tiles we agreed on had a lead time of another 2-3 weeks. I was in a hurry, so I agreed to choose for alternative tiles 2. Scheduled another appointment to choose the tiles in store. I traveled for an hour to get there. Guess what, my advisor had a conflicting appointment. So I was left wandering in their showroom alone and I decided to choose on my own without any proper advise in the end 3. Calculation of the surface area was way off, so I had to order another box of tile, delaying the construction by another week 4. Orientation of washbasin was delivered wrong - I had no idea how this can even happen with the 3D design 5. The water faucet I ordered was not available, so I waited for more than a month and chased them a few times and finally got it. Guess what, never assume what they gave you is what you ordered. It's my bad that I just assumed everything is finally fine and asked my construction guys to pick it up and install it without checking it myself - turned out it's not the model I ordered! To summarize, my toilet now does look nice, but details are all wrong and it's been an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this store
