Super friendly staff who realize that you give blood voluntarily. Satisfied with privacy and medical professionalism. Sometimes I had to wait about 20 minutes until it was my turn.

A very clean and neat area with very kind and friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable before, during and after every blood or plasma donation.
They also have a small kitchen where they serve you food soups or some small bread / sandwiches if you wish. There are cold and hot drinks, such coffee, chocolate milk, fruit juices and more, plus biscuits and other high sugary stuff that helps your body for before and after donation.
All in all, a great place to help others and yourself by donating your blood that will be recovered very soon in your body.

The people are very nice, kind and helpful. The process is very safe and very strong precautionary measures are set to protect the donor and to ensure that the blood goes to the needy people is safe.
