G	Gabriel Galvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE! Worst hotel I have ever been. You can't really sleep because of..... BED BUGS!!! Avoid this hotel if you don't want to end covered with bug-bites. Really expensive to what it offers ?
L	Lesley Carson-Roan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was basic, clean, the room was cleaned daily, bedding and towels. And the staff, very pleasant and polite. Nice place to stay, and central to all amenities.
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad experience. Exorbitant rates, and the facilities offered are nowhere near those shoen in the advertisement. Host was too arrogant, very uncommon to the European sense of hospitality. The rooms are located at steep heights which make it tooo difficult to climb even without luggage. The worst experience which we had in the recent times.
d	danel cifre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are too small, not as you can see in the photos.. also one day we came in to our room and the guy who must be cleaning it, was sleeping in my bed! In my oppinion is to expensive for the service they offered us
B	Brian White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credit card machine was broken, had to go get cash. Room was TINY, like room for the bed and NO furniture. Stairs up were long and alarmingly steep. Need was cheap, saggy, narrow like a cot, and uncomfortable. On the plus side it was cheap, the staff was very nice, and it was quiet.
H	Heather waters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man who greated is when we got to the hotel was pleasant & gave us free water, he also lent us a hair dryer when asked for one. The room was very very small like a shoe box, bedding smelt like it had been slept in before us. We asked for a double room and got to beds pushed together, wouldn’t of minded but beds was diffeent sizes very uncomfortable, Far to over priced & will not be staying there again. Slightly spoilt are stay there.
B	Ben Truong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were small, the stairways were steep (but is standard from my experience in Amsterdam anyway). But they were comfortable and was cleaned on a daily basis. Location was very central, and the owners were very welcoming and went out of their way to help me when i can left an important item behind. Would stay again.
