Durch die Rückfrage entstand spontan ein Gespräch im Büro, wo man mir kurzerhand das Konto aus einer anderen Stadt überschrieben ließ (was ich demnächst auch vor hatte) und mir dadurch eine Last mehr genommen wurde. Frau Aslan war super freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. I went to the branch to inquire and was welcomed so nicely by Ms. Frohn. D	Dieter Guse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Filiale in Rodenkirchen ist eine absolute Katastrophe wenn man ein Problem hat mit online Banking Die Mitarbeiter konnten mir selbst nach 1 Stunde nicht weiterhelfen weil keiner von den ganzen Angestellten irgendwie Ahnung hatte von online Banking oder Pushtanverfahren Nach 1 Stunde Schultern zucken bei allen Angestellten kam endlich eine junge Mitarbeiterin die sich der Sache angenommen hat und hat gesagt ich werde mich im Laufe des Tages melden und diese Mitarbeiterin hat ihr Versprechen gehalten und das Problem gelöst. Diese Gleichgültigkeit und Hilflosigkeit der Mitarbeiter ist schon eine Schande wenn man bedenkt dass die Sparkasse den höchsten Beitrag an Kontoführung aufruft. Das einzige was die Mitarbeiter verteilen kann ist eine Visitenkarte damit man sich an eine Hotline wendet sie aber wenn man anruft nur sagen kann drücken Sie die eins drücken Sie die zwei und dann wird die Verbindung unterbrochen so weit zum Thema Hilfe Ich werde auf jeden Fall meine Konten bei der Sparkasse alle auflösen wir eine andere Bank suchen.
